This is an add-on booking. Truly pleasant service throughout the stay, front desk was able to accommodate slightly earlier check-in on the day of my arrival. Room is absolutely clean, spacious and comfortable, housekeeping staff were enthusiastic. Daily turn down service for the evening. Amenities like the pool, fitness centre, sauna and steam rooms were excellent too. Breakfast was a spread which included some Filipino items on the menu. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Big thanks to the team at The Sphere for making my stay super comfortable and flawless. I stayed for 5 nights together with my colleagues for a conference in the same venue. Good points: - Location - 5 to 10 mins walk to Greenbelt and fair waiting time for Grab drivers to confirm pick-up. Love the GREENS too! The Legazpi active park was just a refreshing sight in the middle of skyscrapers. - Amenities - Complete amenities for the room, bath, and kitchen. Provided are toiletries, bath towels, kitchen utensils, iron, and an ironing board. - Reservations - Jamie Miranda, the reservations associate is the highlight of this stay. She was efficient, she replies within a reasonable timeframe and with complete details. - Health and Safety - Love that there was information all around on Covid protocols, the housekeeping guys were also very cautious and were wearing PPEs every time they come to the room to troubleshoot. For improvement: - Endor*****ts - information transfer from reservations to the front office, or front office to the front office. 1. For ex. in my booking, I asked for twin beds but was given a room with a double bed, they immediately transferred me to another room with twin beds (but since this room was not the original room, some amenities were missing - had to call for these but no worries because they were quick to respond). 2. When I asked for extra person amenities - reservations confirmed this but housekeeping only did the set up for the bed but not the additional amenities. 3. I asked for an airport transfer and arranged for a different time compared to the original time but the earlier Front Office person was not able to endorse this to the next person on duty so they had to ask me to adjust my schedule just so they can accommodate my arrangement. 4. In the website, there were information that was not consistent with what was on site - there were no welcome amenities as stated in the site, the dining area was not open (there was no prior information anywhere that meals are packed and in-room), laundry service was not available. - Bath had flooding concerns and the laundry line was stuck but this was not too much of an inconvenience. Overall, despite the information concerns, I had a pleasant stay. My parents also loved the property and said that they'd book the same for their next business trip.

The hotel has a very nice location in Makati, surrounded by many very good restaurants and cafes, is very quite at night so you can get a good night of sleep, the staff is very friendly and helpful with anything I asked from them! Room is very spacious and most important very clean! Is definitely worth booking with them if planning to stay in the city for few days. About makati is a very safe area and is also easy to get from there to Intramuros or binondo, taxi or grab would be between 300 and 400 peso. You are on a walking distance (15 minutes or less) from Poblacion which is the club and bar area. Highly recommend this place!

Stayed for about half a month, but it was comfortable with ample size for one person. The TV reflects BS and the toilet is with greenhouse cleaning. I didn't encounter cockroaches in this hotel. The staff was kind and some people could speak Japanese, so I was relieved. The guests are Japanese salaried people who think they are almost business trips. There is a Japanese restaurant around, and there is a Japanese food supermarket in front of you across the road. With 2 bottles of water every day, ＋ breakfast was also included, so I received 々. I only made American and Philippine breakfast for saving, but it is a good volume for breakfast. American omelettes did not taste, but if it is ketchup, there is no problem! Adobo was delicious. The first overseas stay was good at this hotel. I will use it when I go to Philippines again.

I booked a Deluxe Suite at the Makati Shangri La and the room was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately despite the website stating that a DVD player was in the suite there was none as they had apparently upgraded the TV and the new TV did not have a DVD connection and the new TV controls were a nightmare as they do not have a numerical button to change stations. The first night I was unable to change from CNN and the bedroom TV was stuck in menu mode so the next day the technician came to explain the controls and had to call in a colleague to re-programme the TV after which some channels worked but many channels showed an error message that the cable was not plugged in correctly to the set top box so they could not be accessed. Unlike other Horizon Club lounges this hotel did not have a chardonnay for the cocktail hour but a prosecco, viognier and pinot gris none of which I normally enjoy but the shiraz and cabernet sauvignon were acceptable. Likewise the canapes were sp**** and only paired with the white wine and not the red (which a lot of lounges are guilty of). There was a small selection of cocktails available. The lounge staff were very friendly and helpful even on the busy nights bar the first night when I was left waiting for a while to replenish my wine glass.

Except for the hotel transfer which was a catastrophe, we can recommend this hotel. We were staying in a room with a separate bed and living room. We almost did not go outside for lunch and dinner. Mistro on the 35th floor offered superb views and nice dishes except few we did not really like (maybe different taste). The staff, starting from cleaning ladies to the waitresses and managers are friendly and really caring about their services. We can recommend this hotel compared to Hilton where we had bad experiences and Seda Residence is offering more value than Hilton.

I stayed with her! It was about a 20 minute walk from the Green Belt, and it took less than 5 minutes by taxi, so the location was great! I ate a morning at a coffee shop nearby, but it's also very delicious so I definitely want you to visit! He / she refilled the bed with shampoo and soap, borrowed a dryer at the service counter, and didn't know how to use the taxi app. As for the equipment, I expected that I would go to the pool because the day I went on a trip was the next week when the volcano occurred, but I was very disappointed because I could not enter it due to volcanic ash . But I wrote ☆ 3, but I wanted to give ☆ 4! Thank you very much!

We stayed at a Mini Double Room. The hotel was located at the heart of Makati and there are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. I love how the Front Desk allowed us to check in 15 mins earlier the 12:00 noon. The room was actually good for 2 people. It was clean, air condition was working, free bottled water, clean towels with toiletries, fresh bed sheets and pillows. The Front Desk also immediately provided kettle when I asked for one free of charge. Upon check out, the Front Desk made sure we didn’t left anything. The housekeeping also returned some items I left inside the room. There are only 2 things I want to point out that needs to be improved. 1. Pools closed every Monday in which we were not informed and not on the Trip website (we were able to use it Tuesday morning). 2. The room provided to us is not a City view contrary to my check in voucher. Unlike the other reviews here, I can say that I will recommend checking in at this hotel.

A decent place to crash. I highly recommend staying here. The staffs are kind and courteous. Comfortable beds and great work area, although the WiFi is such a hassle. I would recommend to have your mobile data ready and stable. The shower room is so small (legit) it's like your standing in a coffin or sumn hahaha lol (I don't really mind tho). I would definitely book this place again. The place is great, but it still needs improvement. If you're looking for a comfy place to sleep I would suggest this place. Overall I would rate it a 3.8/5.

The unit itself is spacious, and the bed is good for 4 pax. We enjoyed our stay here. However, the room could use more cleaning. There's dust on the floor as well as on the wall. The bathroom doesn't have a bidet, which is ok. But, when we requested a pale and a dipper instead, the caretaker said he was unable to provide them for us since they were used on the other unit. Overall, the stay is good, but a lot of improvement is needed.

The front desk and the uncle and the waiters are very good. They will take the initiative to say hello and help with the luggage. But maybe I am not lucky. I live in a female dormitory. When I come in, the table is very messy. The bathroom is full of hair. There are several Chinese girls. I lived in this night to work, and I started to make up in the evening. I got off work very late every day. I was still mad at one or two. Someone had been coughing, and then I slept until noon the next day. If you get up early, it is not good to turn on the lights. In short, rest is not good. If you check in before, you will be charged 200 pesos. Breakfast has not been eaten, I don't know how, there is a Japanese material downstairs, there is a family convenience store across the road, you can pay Alipay, some shopping malls can also.
