Booked a double and a twin bed rooms. Room is spacious and has a long sofa. Coffee tea and sugar provided with 2 bottled water. Toilet amenities are very basic. The toilet needs thorough cleaning though especially the shower area. I had to change room because the water in the shower is clogged and the pipe is leaky. Location is good as there is a small shopping centre below and a row of shops within walking distance. The hotel is popular with children as there is a water park below.

Our go to hotel whenever we're on a vacation in Melaka.
Strategic place, easy access to local food and entertainment. Infinity pool and kids pool is a must!
Pet peeves is lift is too slow and always full loaded during ph or school holidays.

The shore residence room is a bit older Beside the bed it looks like a water leak and becomes mold.
The blanket and pillow got a bit yellow in color and like something cannot wash. The facility is nice and suitable for kids playing.
Overall it's ok suitable for families and you just need to improve the cleaning service.

This is an honest review of our stay with family, including seniors and two children (ages 2 and 7).
Location: The location is excellent. There are shops, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. The hotel is connected to a mall, making it easy to access KFC, Soul Garden, Starbucks, Subway, and local shops. The mall also has a Mr. DIY store. If you have time, you can visit the small sea aquarium and Shore Tower, which are nearby attractions.
Things to Note:
• If you book the apartment side of the Shore, there is no Wi-Fi or intercom. While Wi-Fi isn’t an issue if you have a SIM card or data plan, the lack of an intercom is inconvenient. Any requests require walking down to the lobby, which is a short distance from the apartment.
• The apartment includes a microwave and fridge, but despite being advertised, washing machines and ovens are not available for use.
Kids’ Swimming Pool: The kids’ pool is fun and safe, but be cautious as the flooring is not slip-resistant.
Breakfast: It’s best to go for breakfast at 7:00 AM or after 9:00 AM to avoid long queues. The breakfast is quite standard.
Elevators: Expect some waiting time, especially before check-out hours.
Overall, the location is great for families, but there are some areas for improvement.

Spacious rooms but not so clean. The wardrobe almost ripped off. Bathroom also clogged. Need to wait until the water sink off. The breakfast really good.
