Front desk staff (one male and two females) was unwelcoming, and was lack of courtesy, when we checked in at 4:45 pm, July 13 2024.
It's obvious the staff was in lack of hospitality training.

He upgraded the Jimu Superior Double Room on the 17th floor for free, and also thoughtfully delivered heated bottled water.
