The hotel doesn’t provide daily cleaning services. Instead, I can put the garbage and used towels outside the room door. Also the hotel provides room amenities in the first floor and the bathrobes are available near the elevator. The sauna is so so like many common hotels. There is a welcome drink time from 5pm and tea rice time after 8:30 pm. So it was a pleasant and relaxing experience to stay in this hotel."

"Spent a night at Ace Inn Matsumoto, it was super convenient as it was just a short walk from the train station. They received my luggage beforehand and even placed it in my room, which was really helpful. There’s a little table of amenities in the lobby, so you can just grab what you need. Aircon worked well and you can adjust the strength. Breakfast was alright, pretty standard, but does the job. Only bad part was that there was a slight smoke smell in my room, even though it was supposedly Non-Smoking."

The bathroom featured the standard, compact design typical of Japanese business hotels, but everything was spotless and functional. Overall, a very clean, well-kept, and comfortable stay!"

"My family and I returned for the first time in over 10 years. The hotel has been renovated, and while the calm atmosphere remains the same, it feels even more comfortable. The bed was comfortable and we slept soundly, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed relaxing in the large public bath. Matsumoto folk art furniture was displayed throughout the hotel, including at the front desk, which was very lovely. This is the only place to stay in Matsumoto. We will definitely stay here again."

"I decided to go sightseeing in Matsumoto, and since I was only going to stay there for a night, I was looking for a cheap place to stay. As it's a tourist destination, there are many hotels to choose from, so I was a little hesitant, but I thought a cheaper, more well-known hotel would be safer, and so I decided on this one. When I actually stayed there, the room was compact, but the sunlight coming in through the window made it look spacious, and it was well-cleaned and comfortable. I tend to get sore throats due to the dry air, so I was glad to find a humidifier. What surprised me the most was breakfast. I thought it would be just bread and rice balls, but there was also salad, side dishes, pickles, and more, and they even provided bento boxes so I could eat in my room instead of eating it on the spot. The staff were very nice, and I'll definitely stay at this hotel whenever I visit."

"The rooms were clean and the Japanese-style rooms had a relaxing atmosphere. I ended up staying at short notice, but it was great that the parking lot was right in front of the inn. The hot spring does not have an open-air bath, but it was nice to be able to enjoy the view of the Japanese garden while soaking. I'd like to stay here when I want to relax. It would be nice if there were a few more towels and amenities."
