Anthony, a trainee at the concierge, was super friendly and helpful. Super professionalism made my stay rewarding. The breakfast was very good but the room wifi was very weak and cannot be connected. Location is great and restaurant Kilimanjaro, riverside shuttle station are within walking distance.

Booked 3 club rooms for 3 separate nights during a multi-stop tour through Kenya. The Stanley and the 1902 lounge were one of the highlights of our trip and we would definitely stay here again and specifically book the club rooms. First of all, the staff were incredible - Emilie, Collins, Benson (1902 lounge butlers), Steve (concierge) and Susan (management) deserve special recognition. They all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. The 1902 lounge is well worth the upgrade. Soft drinks and snacks during the day, and an incredible happy hour daily from 6-8 with hard drinks and hors d'oeuvres. And if your flight is later the day of checkout, you can use the lounge throughout the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. We tried all 3 restaurants during our stay - The Thorn Tree cafe provides an excellent breakfast and is good for lunch. Both the Thai Chi and Pool Deck restaurants were excellent dinner choices. If you are heading on Safari or to Mombasa you can leave the luggage you don't need with the concierge, taking only the things you need for that part of the trip. This makes traveling so much easier. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. As we returned to the Stanley from one of the legs of our trip, we all remarked that it felt like we were ”coming home”. Would highly recommend.

The room is very big and comfortable! I highly recommend it. If you are on a business trip here next time, this hotel is my first choice! It is very important to stay comfortably when going to such a far place. I recommend it!

This review is a little late, but I still have to praise the Nairobi Marriott Hotel! ! ! Because the JW Hotel in Nairobi made me fall in love with this city! ! ! This review is not exaggerated. As a person who stays in a hotel 200 days a year, I still have a little experience in staying in a hotel. First of all, I have traveled to most of Africa and stepped on countless pitfalls. The overall accommodation experience in Africa is indeed a bit sour 😜. JW is definitely cost-effective in Africa! Although Africa is not short of old luxury hotels (the prices are also eye-popping 🤐). But JW can definitely be called a new star in high-end hotels in Africa. The hotel building is a Gemini glass curtain wall with a modern architectural style. It is also a new landmark in Nairobi now (and we can proudly say that this hotel was built by our Chinese company)! ! ! 😁😁😁 The decoration and hardware maintain JW's consistent high standards and high taste, while also incorporating African style. The gifts with African characteristics in the handicraft sales area are also sold at a conscience price. It is said that they are carefully selected by big names in various African countries, and the price is very affordable. If you want to buy handicrafts and gifts, it is recommended to choose from JW first. I really feel that I am wasting time after visiting N legendary handicraft markets and flea markets. They are completely incomparable to JW. The most important thing is that the goods are genuine and you don’t have to worry about buying expensive or fake goods! ! ! (I always suspect that JW is worried that its guests will be cheated, so it specially helps guests to screen so many good things in advance), because the price is really touching, and I thought I heard it wrong several times, because it is cheaper than the market! ! ! The breakfast is very international and can basically meet the different tastes of guests from all over the world. It is recommended to go early, because there are really too many types, and you can’t taste them in a short time... 😅😅😅. There are several specialty restaurants from different countries for dinner, American steakhouse, Asian fusion cuisine, the dishes are excellent, and the decoration design is also very innovative! I really love the spa and the traditional Kenyan tendon massage opposite the hotel. I still can't leave after three consecutive massages... I strongly recommend to experience it. It's a rare relaxation during the journey. After the massage, you can definitely be fully revived! ! ! The Golden Key helped us customize the perfect travel route. We could have gone to Masai Mara to chase the Big Five of Africa and gallop across the vast African savannah... (childhood dream) Unfortunately, we caught up with the once-in-a-century flood in Kenya, so we didn't get on JW's handsome mecha tank 😂😂😂. Because the hotel has just opened, the linens are all new and the mattresses are very comfortable. The coffee downstairs is Kenyan coffee. After drinking it, I feel that the so-called Kenyan coffee I drank before is all made of beans? It is full of floral and fruity aroma, and it doesn't taste like coffee. Desserts must be eaten! ! ! Exquisite and delicious! Finally, a big surprise: Jacky, the manager of this hotel, is Chinese! ! ! Check in or need any assistance, just find Jacky!!! Don't be shy to find him, Jacky is so reliable and professional!!! He has super professional knowledge of hotels, there is no question that can be asked, and he actually knows all the well-known companies and brands in all industries!!! It is common sense that Marriott's hotel training system is well done, but the knowledge capacity of senior management is too terrible!!! If you are interested in the hotel industry, you must find this great god to chat when you have the chance! A rare learning opportunity!!! The rooms from higher floors have great view of the city and the park, the rooms are really well built and very well furnished and the kitchen and its equipments are really well stocked, apart from that nothing else to expect I had a very bad experience in the Hotel, on Saturday Night / late evening around 8.30 i met with a small accident while closing the sliding doors of the balcony, my finger was bleeding and my wife called the Reception and told her about the incident and asked them to send it ice immediately but after 15 minutes they called back and said that ICE if they provide to room will be charged room service charge,!!!! Can you believe it???? Had it been an major incident what would have happened, they would have asked me to pay for the even calling Ambulance The following day at 8.55am we asked for creamer till 9.35am when we left the room it wasn't delivered People coming for long stays it very ideal but for people coming with families or small kids or old people it's not recommended The entry to the room is very confusing and a long walk, you enter reception wing take a lift to L floor which is basically 6th floor, later cross over to another wing and take the lift past the kitchen door which can be a bit difficult Also when you crossover to another wing there is no provision of umbrellas, if it's raining it's your problem, in many hotels they provide Umbrellas to go from one end to another if it rains

I stayed in this hotel for 10 nights on 07 March 2024. The room were very clean I even left a tip for the room cleaner for the first time in my life. Really, Everything was lovely, breakfast, food on rooftop restaurant and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definately I will be coming back. Happy customer, Kate😃

The room facilities are clean and tidy, the service is very good, and the breakfast is rich. Ctrip's service is also quite good. Because we need to book a hotel pick-up, the customer service informed the hotel's email address and edited the email content.

Best service ever. Friendly staff and very welcoming. Safe area, clean and very nice breakfast which is made for you as like it personally. The staffs are very nice people. They do everything you would like you'd ask. ASAP! Thanks to all staff working there from the guards to chefs to the receptionist. Especially receptionist Ann and others who are working at night. I will book this hotel every time I'm going to be visiting Nairobi and also the hotel is very safe for your valuable staffs. there's a safe at the room but your other bigger stafs like laptobs are also safe Thanks, Ann and Others that work mostly at night. You guys made my vacation unforgettable.

If you're looking for an amazing hotel to stay at while in Nairobi, look no further than Swiss-Berlinn. After many failed attempts at finding an airbnb, we found this wonderful hotel. It's very secure, clean, has hot water, functional ac, has wifi and the executive suite rooms are spacious. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is very pleasant. I especially want to thank Vivian B who went above and beyond to make sure that my welcome to Nairobi was nothing short of warm and that my birthday was unforgettable. She made my stay in Nairobi very comfortable and I can't thank her enough for being friendly and kind during my visit. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone considering staying here!

That's a wonderful hotel! From the pick up at the airport, Judy was really kind and professional. She handled us with utmost courtesy and my whole team was in great appreciation of her. She always arranged our transport in a timely fashion and together with the driver, they made our pick ups and drop offs worry-free even at very late hours. So we surely will stay at Argyle even in the future in our many forthcoming business trips. The front desk was always helpful and catered to our needs. Mariam and Kate in particular took worked fast and at ease in a cordial fashion. They provided all necessary information for my team and made us make 3 subsequent bookings during our stay, we didn't want anything less. Of course, food was great and the service there was just amazing! Jacinta and her colleagues were so nice, my team enjoyed the food and the overall presentation of the whole buffet.
