I changed the room type to a more favorite one with a mirror. The hotel is quite big. There is a park nearby, which is quite suitable for vacation. The front desk service is pretty good. Except that the lobby door reception is not so good, it is still pretty good. In other five-star hotels, the door reception will basically be more enthusiastic.

The hotel is surrounded by a very good environment with beautiful scenery. The hotel guest manager sinya provided very good service, warm and considerate. Travel is also very convenient and the experience is very good!

The hotel is next to Sunac Park, on the shore of Jiulong Lake, and across from the town of Lucerne. I would like to thank Miss Sinya, the guest relations manager. What happened was like this. In order to make the children happy, I paid extra to book an Ultraman theme room for the children. On October 2, we took a train overnight and walked 20,000 steps in the nearby Sunac Park. We returned to the hotel exhausted without lunch and were told that the room was not ready yet. I looked at the time and it was 13:40. I understood that the check-in time was 14:00, so I waited patiently until 14:00, but there was no room. I had no choice but to call Ctrip to coordinate again. During this period, the Ctrip girl helped me to call and communicate, but there was no way. At this time, the Sinya girl on duty appeared. After understanding, she helped me to open a ready room for us to rest and eat first. When the Ultraman room was ready, she sent us the room card. To be honest, the Ultraman theme room was decorated with care, which was very good. Sinya sent fruit and milk in the evening, and sent an Ultraman pillow the next day. She was warm and considerate. Thank you very much! In short, it was a very good experience. Although I was a little frustrated at the beginning, I was still very happy after resting. I went to the swimming pool, rode a bicycle around the lake, had a very rich breakfast, and received gifts. Five stars are to be given!
