住房體驗感奇差。房間一直瀰漫著一股廁所的惡臭味。空調無論怎麼調依然沒什麼用，出風口的風也衹能感受到冷意，感覺吹了一夜的冷風，羽絨服也不用脱了，就在陰冷的房間裏湊合一晚。夜裡外面一直有機器的噪音，導致睡眠極差。被子有一股煙味，蓋在身上非常難受。睡覺手腕還過敏了，很奇怪。

酒店設施完善，衞生乾淨，環境優美，服務態度好，離南京訊息工程大學近，考試很方便，大學旁邊也有地鐵。很滿意。

服務非常滿意，因為比較晚到還主動幫助升級了房間，第二天中午未能及時退房，前台小姐姐也是很體諒的給予幫幫助給足時間準備退房！此次南京行入住星程酒店真是太棒了！非常感謝熱情笑容滿面的前台小姐姐！👍👍👍🌹🌹🌹

這次入住挺讓人無語的，入住時到房間發現沒有防盜鏈，聯繫前台換了一間，還是沒有。服務員去聯繫不見回來，我衹好到前台問詢，最後結果是標準間的這兩層都沒有，許諾晚上之前安好。第二天去酒店吃早餐，收了38元/位。我拿出預訂酒店的訊息上面顯示28/位，服務員聯繫經理説是工作失誤寫錯了已經改回來了。吃麪條時裏面吃出一根五六釐米的塑料絲，後來服務員要讓我掃經理的微信説退10元，我説不用了服務員堅持，加完之後，所謂的經理一直沒有言語。這就是我在星程兩天住宿的經歷。不過衞生情況尚可，洗衣房也不錯。
