Hotel is definitely at an unique location, bathroom was just amazing and service was impeccable. Big, spacious room however balcony attracts unwanted guests such as flying cockroaches, insects at night which is understandable since you’re staying just beside the sea.

The location was superb, and we had a delightful experience. Hotel served the delicious cuisine for dinner. The white fish starter (staff told me that the name is 'Houbou') and the tender beef as a main course were very tasty. Before going to sleep at night, I looked outside and saw the moonlight reflected in the sea. The view was so fantastic and beautiful that I couldn't help taking photos. In the morning we also enjoyed a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji and a walk around the island with feeling the pleasant sea breeze. The staff who looked after us at check-in, another staff who were kind to us in the restaurant and the staff who saw us off at check-out, all had warm smiles on their faces. We look forward to revisiting this location in the nearest future.

Facilities: Old, no heating in the bathroom, extremely cold! I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and was frozen to death, hahahaha! Hygiene: The hygiene is OK, the bedding is all silk, funny. Environment: The environment is OK, after all, the hotel opened in 1991, it is good that the house has not collapsed. Service: The service is so-so, check-in is late, only one big sister can speak English, the other service staff can't, they can't speak English at all, and dinner was wrong. There is a Chinese guy wearing glasses, the service attitude is very average, with a stern face, no bow, no talk, just simply tell the check-out time, compared with the Japanese, the service awareness is much worse! It is not recommended for guests who are used to staying in luxury hotels!

First of all, I would like to thank Terasawa, the employee who received us at the Numazu Pier of your hotel👍 ... At the same time, I would like to thank your hotel for training its employees. Their professionalism is really great! I wish you a happy life! I will definitely come again! I will also recommend it to my friends! The hotel has complete facilities and a very good environment. The meals provided are also beyond expectations and are particularly good!

I have stayed at Awashima twice. The first time the service was very good. But this time I came to Awashima Hotel. Except for the service attitude of the Chinese guy, the attitude of other staff and the service are not bad at all. Not to mention anything else. , but it’s too bad that the hotel’s door is not even opened. The Japanese open the door when they check out and bow. The Chinese people check out as if it has nothing to do with them. It’s bad, it’s bad, it’s bad. Try to have dinner outside, because dinner Things are few and expensive!

I have stayed in many good hotels in Japan, especially many hot spring hotels near Mount Fuji, but Awashima Hotel is definitely very special. The idyllic island, the warm and friendly staff, the beautiful seaside hot springs and the view of Mount Fuji make up a unique travel experience. The hotel's facilities are a bit old, but clean and tidy, the overall design is very European, and there are many artworks. The room is very large and quiet. Especially the staff, they are really very friendly, and the food for breakfast and dinner is also very satisfactory. If you are interested, you can also search for the water group, which is an animation work with Numazu and Awashima as the background, and the story of the hotel itself is not inferior to the animation... I have quickly booked it to come again in March! ! !

The hotel is on a small island, so beautiful, you can see Mount Fuji, the hot springs are great, the service is also very good, there is a small aquarium on the island, although the hotel is very old, but it is well maintained! Very exquisite, the layout is very tasteful, there are some ancient oil paintings, and there are blue relief ornaments of Wedgwood porcelain, and the tea set used in the room is actually the tea set of the Japanese royal family's Koransha! It's really very tasteful, the room is very large, it is a pure resort hotel for taking a hot spring bath + seeing Mount Fuji! Suitable for daze! The hotel is very attentive! The bedding is very good, except that the pillow is a little soft!

This is one of the best accommodation experiences I have had in Japan. From the shuttle boat to check-in to the restaurant, I enjoyed wonderful service throughout the entire process. The waiters were very friendly and professional, and were not affected by the language barrier at all. The restaurant also specially prepares children's meals for children. The room is large, well-equipped, and has a hot spring bath. It is recommended to take a tour around the island. The scenery is beautiful.
