The breakfast buffet on the second floor actually has a lot of varieties, including grapefruit😋 Japanese beef teriyaki tastes great and the beef is very tender Natto is a good review of black beans The Western-style buns are super delicious and there’s also smoked salmon🍣 There was no queue before 8am in mid-October, but there would be a queue after that. Service: Service with a smile, but the girl at the front desk is not very smart. It takes a long time to check in and she will make mistakes. The shuttle bus is on time and boarding is very orderly. Be sure to look for the Sakurabashi Exit of Osaka Station! When you go out in the morning, you will find newspapers on the shelf by the door. The toiletries are from Pola. The comb is very useful and has been taken away.

Conclusion I will never stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka again. The room was the smallest I have ever been at and part of the window was blocked by a wall outside the room. The check in and check out was chaos with a huge queue. The hotel is outdated too. The only positive thing regarding this hotel is the club lounge. Review I arrived with the Shinkassen at Osaka station and the hotel is in walking distance from station. The train station is huge, and I was difficult to find the right exit. The hotel is located in a business area, but there are a lot of restaurants, bars and shops in the neighborhood. Not the right area, if you are a turist. I arrived at 2 pm, where I could not get me room even I am an IHG diamond member. Came back after a couple of hours, where there was a huge queue. Check-in took between 45-60 min. It was the same situation, when I should check out. It is not possible to check out in the IHG app. Even I have the highest status in the IHG program, I got the smallest room in the hotel. It was not possible to open my suitcase in the room - i don’t want it on the bed. The window was partly blocked by wall outside the window. The room is very outdated. I had access to the club lounge, where I had a couple of drinks during the evening and breakfast in the morning. The lounges was ok but it was busy.

The new brand hotel of the Palace Hotel opened in July, so I was able to stay at a good price using GoTo. The location is just outside Dojima underground street. It is located in the south of Kita Shinchi, but the service was good and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The corner studio of 32 square meters stayed. There is a bathtub and shower booth in the space like home called rug in the flooring, and it feels compact. However, when you take a shower, the powder area is flooded, and the bath is rounded from the room? All the towels were very soft and good with imabari towels. There is a restaurant and room 001 on the second floor, coin laundry, vending machine, coffee machine and microwave oven, and shoe shine service and free puff service It was a very calm space. I didn't use the restaurant this time, but I was worried about the space that I saw a little and was very nice. depends on the price, it is a hotel that I want to stay again.

Fantastic location - 20 minutes walk south to Shinsaibashi with all the amazing food and little shops. 20 minutes walk north to Umeda with more ‘proper’ restaurants. Service was great - housekeeping and reception desk were fantastic and polite, really helpful with just everything, be it luggage, calling a restaurant to check availability or heating up food from the markets. Room was clean, no issues with anything. Heads-up: bring a power board if there’s more than one traveler due to lack of power outlets in the room - only had one easily accessible.

This hotel was gorgeous. Staff are lovely. Our twin room was spacious with very comfortable beds and, again, plug in facilities for all our electronic devices without having to use our international plugs. Coffee, tea, etc on tap 24 hours in the lobby and, for those who travel with no pyjamas or toiletries, all was provided in the room. Weird & wonderful was that you could put your laundry in the washer/dryers and see from the screen in your room when it was finished and ready for you to go back & collect it. Train stations are close to hand. A huge shopping mall down to the right of the exit but if you want to find good eating places turn left from the exit and you will only have to walk a few hundred metres to find many choices.

It was a luxurious breakfast buffet as well as the reputation! The steak, which is also the highlight, is soft, there are various Japanese and Western menus, and all menus are not conquered ... lol. Moreover, when I get up from the guided seat and go to pick up side dishes and return to the seat, I am happy that not only chopsticks but also hand wipes will be renewed. The size of the room is about the same as a standard business hotel. Amenity is abundant. It was a hotel that I wanted to use again, including the kind and polite response of the staff 々!

I stayed on a personal trip. I think it will be a low price hotel around here, but the bath was large, the room was clean and the cospa was a good hotel. There is a JR, subway station nearby, but there is a little distance from Osaka station, but it is not a distance that can't be walked, and there is a shop around, and there is no complaint.

On a return trip to Osaka, I chose to stay at Hotel Noum and I'm so glad I did! A three night stay turned into eight nights due to unforeseen circumstances, and I can't recommend this hotel enough. I chose a Riverview single room and it was perfect for me/one person. Windows lined the entire room and it looked onto the river. You can also access a sweet plant-lined terrace from this room. I appreciated the laundry facilities and kitchen equipment on the 5th floor--so helpful. It is the one time I would recommend potential guests to definitely get the breakfast plan with the room. The food is terrific. Coffee too! The staff were all outstanding--front desk, management, kitchen--all amazing. They were so accommodating and really helped me out when I needed it. The neighborhood at first looks a bit quiet, but dig deeper and you'll find some excellent hidden gems--fun, cozy wine bars, cool restaurants, clothing shops and a bustling restaurant and shopping scene only a few blocks away. I was sad to leave! Thank you, Hotel Noum!! I hope to return someday soon.

Hotel repeater. I forgot about Christmas ⛄️🎄✨, so I booked a room on the south side for the first time in a long time. Short stay for two days and one night from December 25, 2022. Thanks to Chinese tourists who brought home others' things, there are only the minimum items necessary. The next day, I had a mysterious experience just before I woke up. A man wearing an eboshi that gently hides me says, ”Don't open your eyes yet. You will be taken away.” After awakening, I gradually woke up at ８ 30 minutes. Breakfast was ordered at ９ 30 minutes, but I was able to get it as usual. It was a treat. Thank you for the university potatoes lined up on the table 😚

There were ２４ hours convenience stores and dining rooms around the hotel, and there was no problem with meals. There was a mineral water service at check-in. The room was simple and full of beds, but I felt that the price was reasonable. ｗｉｆｉ and indoors are full. Amenities were also available with the minimum necessary. The breakfast venue is a cafe that is usually open to cafes on the １ floor. ９ Entry until ９ pm, but ９ Time is too late, there is no customer and it is not a slow atmosphere, so I recommend early entry.

Check in will let you choose tomorrow morning: Japanese or Western. I chose Japanese  last time. There are salmon with white rice and some side dishes , which is very good. The location of the hotel is about three or four streets away from the subway station/urban area. The acceptable range can be walked to the nearby large shopping malls , but  after shopping, I have to take a lot of things back to the hotel. It is a bit difficult. There is a Cantonese-speaking staff at the front desk , there is a surprise, thank you for letting me stay in  smoothly. Will come back again .

This hotel was excellent for us. The room was small but beautiful, and thanks to a lot of space under the bed we actually had more than enough space and enjoyed the fairly sizeable bathtub! Location-wise, the hotel is well placed with a station a couple of minutes away and Osaka Castle very nearby too. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to go to Osaka Station in Tong Umeda ／, and it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to carry luggage . It is good to follow Google Maps. Umeda  Twin Tower exit will be a large straight turn on the ground. The hotel quarantine room is on the road, and there is Lawson and Life  supermarket diagonally opposite. The supermarket is open until 12 o'clock in the evening.  There are two gates in a building, remember to use gray 𠮶. The spare parts are only toothbrushes, others are prepared by themselves, and the nearby supermarket and Lawson help you.  There is a washing machine, but the system is laundry  powder ／ liquid ⋯⋯. The microwave oven has a furnace function. The bathroom has a bathroom treasure, 👍🏻.
