Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Keine Parkplätze für das Hotel vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Bad gehört renoviert. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Wirtschaften für das Abendessen waren in der Nähe und zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Nach telefonischer Buchung und genauer Angabe unserer Anreise für den heutigen Tag, hat uns die Dame vom Hotel am frühen Nachmittag des Anreisetags angerufen, um - so sagte sie - zu klären um welche Uhrzeit wir am Tag darauf einchecken wollten. Sie gab sich überrascht, dass wir bereits eine Stunde entfernt waren und hatte für uns kein Zimmer. Ob das tatsächlich eine Datumsverwechslung ihrerseits war oder etwas damit zu tun hat, dass wir mit einem mittelgroßen Hund reisen? Wer weiß. Jedenfalls ist es nicht ratsam in diesem Hotel eine telefonische Buchung durchzuführen, da man dann möglicherweise sehr kurzfristig den Stress hat, eine neue Unterkunft für die Nacht finden zu müssen.

Seit Jahren sind wir hochzufriedene Gäste in diesem sauber geführten Hotel Neustadt. Wir wurden nie enttäuscht, das Personal ist jedesmal tadellos engagiert. Ruhig, sauber und ordentlich. Die Zimmer sind einfach und doch charmant eingerichtet. Das Hotel liegt verkehsberuhigt, aber zentral. Wer keine überzogenen Ansprüche hat, fpr den ist dies das vollkommene Hotel in Osnabrück!

No hablan nada de inglés, a las 20h la recepcionista se va a su casa así que si te pasa algo.. suerte! Asi que no te olvides la llave de la puerta principal para volver a entrarLa iglesia está justo enfrente y las campanas suenan todos los cuartos. Teníamos baño en la habitación la cortina era corta por lo que se inunda todo el suelo. Lava manos a los pies de la cama. Nuestra ventana daba a un patio con gallinas a las 4 ya están despiertas con lo cual nosotros también. El desayuno la Leche fría, bote de Nutella vacío como el de la mermelada y la misma mujer que estaba limpiando las habitaciones sin cambiarse los guantes nos relleno el bol de pan que se había terminado. El colchón de mi abuela relleno de lana hundido y cama de muelles ruidosa. Resumiendo un horror y vale que es barato pero si quieres dormir no vayas.
