This hotel and everything about it was perfect in every way. The service was superb by everyone - all the reception, bar and breakfast personnel. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful within this old building brought back to life so tastefully. Breakfast was an absolute pleasure - the fruit offering alone is worth taking breakfast here. The room was gorgeous - peaceful and luxurious, with such a wonderful bed full of pillows. Every small thing was thought of and the endless supply of water was very welcome - plus the lovely little touches at turn down. The location of this hotel is also perfect within the old town yet close to public transport - trains and buses. I had a wonderful break thanks to Joan and his team - thank you all so very much.

We enjoyed our 4 days at the hotel. An initial problem with the air conditioning was sorted very quickly and the duty Manager, Carla, was fantastic. All the staff were very welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Also a great, central location. Highly recommended and we are coming back in September. Thank you to Carla and the team.

Superb hotel with great facilities. Excellent and very comfortable rooms with BIG beds to enjoy your nights. Beautiful indoor pool in the cellar with sauna and steam room. Also a rooftop pool with sunloungers to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Lovely restaurant serving excellent breakfast and evening meals. Centrally located within walking distance of everything. Front of house staff are the icing on the cake. The Cabau Hotel Group should be particularly proud of them. Helpful with any queries and such a joy to talk to. Highly recommend you stay here.

Nice little hotel in central Palma. Good service, nice rooms and prices not too bad. Breakfast was good and beds was very nice. Very nice that you can book the pool for a private session with your friends. They forgot to clean our room one day, but after some fighting with the reception they managed to fix this during the evening. Could have been handled better by the staff but all in all I would go back to Mhouse hotel again!

We have just spent 3 nights in beautiful Palma, staying at the ICON Roseto. Hotel is lovely, very pretty and quirky. Rooms were very clean, shower is excellent. Location is perfect, in the middle of everything. The staff are so friendly and helpful everyone was smiling. We arrived around 10.30, our room wasn't ready (as expected) the receptionist took our number and wattaspp'd us when the room was available... Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The room is very small but the layout is very reasonable and the decoration is quite new. The location of the hotel is very close to the long-distance bus station (next to the ground, not noisy). If you want to go to other places on the island for a day, it is a good place to stay, very close to the city of Parma. Of course, Palma is a holiday resort, and the holiday is too small.

The hotel itsself is beautiful, lovely decor and rooms. Immaculately clean and cleaners do a good job. The hotels location is about 10/15 minute walk to the cathedral however the surrounding area of the premise can only be described as sketchy? This may be due to the time of year and not many tourists around. A few negatives which contributed to the 3* review - We had a room which overlooked the road and cafes. We woke multiple times a night from the reception door opening/closing beneath us and also the late night sports bar situated two doors down. It was open till the small hours of the morning with drunks screaming and on one occasion fighting outside. This isnt the hotels fault of course but perhaps better sound proofing is required. The shower pressure wasnt that powerful either but unsure if that can be improved.

When we arrived this true Paradise, our breath was taken away by the amazing welcome! I can't imagine a more relaxing setting or location for a city getaway! Look at my attached photos and you will agree! The true reason why Posada Terra Santa is one of the very best hotels in Palma with nearly only Excellent reviews (5-stars) is the beautiful people that works there! - they made us feel so welcome and comfortable all the time. This is one of the most relaxing hotels in any city around the world we have been visited! Our room (no 201) was well appointed and spacious, equipped with everything you could want. A huge (2x2m) comfy bed and a bathroom with walk in shower. The room had a very efficient air-conditioning which is very important during the summer in Palma! We enjoyed a marvellous breakfast each morning and also a very special dinners - all with impeccable service. The service level at breakfast is on same high levels as the most luxury resorts, we have been visiting in Seychelles, Maldives, Mauritius and Hawaii! The rooftop plunge pool and deck area provide a perfect spot to unwind and relax after exploring the Town Centre. A huge congratulation to the whole team at Posada Terra Santa! Keep up the amazing job as you guys are making your clientele happy, relaxed, feel safe and special! As a person who travels a lot, I can highly recommend Posada Terra Santa. Dear Brondo team, Thank you SO MUCH for making my birthday weekend so memorable!!! I had gathered friends from Paris, London (and even NY) to Palma to celebrate my 35th birthday weekend. The hotel is great with trendy decoration in the rooms and an ideal location. (20min walm away from harbor to bo on a boat; a few minutes away from Santa Catalina spots, I recommand Santa restaurant and Sala Luna for dancing). Thank you to the Brondo team for making my Friday welcome dinner so memorable (with the amazing decoration!!) and also for the kindness of the staff who was always so attentive and working to make our lives easier. Many thanks to Sara at the reception in particular. Please do not hesitate and book Brondo for your visit to Palma!
