"Very clean and newly decorated inside, and I liked the pink painting. The rooftop bar was chill and we liked the drink. Biggest problem is parking is very inconvenient - you either pay extra (need to reserve in advance) or had to park at the public parking lot yourself which is 800m away…The gym room was locked so we didn’t get to try out."

"I loved the location, the decor and the concierge guest support. Property is located in the heart of old Palma, and it’s right around the corner from several plazas to include one with an olive tree ＞ 800 years old. The property is a converted residence from one of the founding families of Majorca and worked closely with their sister properties to share dining and amenities. Concierge was very helpful in orienting me to top historical and food locations in old Palma and supported making reservations for dining and tickets for events. Breakfast was divine with a combination of made to order and buffet selections. Room was large and luxurious with a large bed and beautiful bathroom. The historical shutters include a set of interior doors that closed, resulting in a total blackout room that blocked both noise and light regardless of the time of day they were closed. I highly recommend this property and their chain of upscale locations - we will be staying again the next time we are in Majorca."

"The room was larger than I expected. It's a 700-year-old monastery that has been converted, preserving its original architectural style while incorporating contemporary art elements. I'm so glad I stayed at this hotel because the location is excellent; it's very convenient to get around. The bus stop for going to town is within walking distance. The hotel provides toothbrushes, slippers, and a welcome drink. The pool, though small, is perfectly adequate. There's also a market nearby, making it easy to buy fruit, food, and drinks. The cathedral is also within walking distance. The hotel staff were very attentive and welcoming, offering many helpful suggestions. The Michelin-starred restaurant on the first floor is a must-try; it's great value for money."

"The hotel is nice, service is so friendly, the room is clean. We were on 4th floor, the view was really good. Breakfast was ok, not much variation though. It’s a bit far from Palma city center, bus number 4 always crowded. But it’s close to the bus station and the beach. Overall. Really good experience."

"To get to the cathedral, you need to take a bus. It takes about 30 minutes to walk. The hairdryer and shower had sufficient water pressure. 🚿 We were allowed into our room even though it was before check-in time. The breakfast venue was so beautiful that it instantly made us feel like we were at a resort. 🥞🥣"

"Wow! I don’t think I have enough words for this hotel. It was STUNNING! The history behind it, the decor, the exclusivity, the location and the setting was just fantastic. We stayed in Cascade which was a two floor suite. The amenities in the room were wonderful. Cleaned and turned down everyday. The towels were always so fluffy. Every time we left for the day and returned back to the hotel, we were just mesmerised at the beauty this hotel has to offer. Onto the service, another WOW factor. We were always greeted by name. The staff always had smiles on their faces and were so polite and friendly. I don’t know if we will ever find a hotel to beat it. The only downside was the parking and access by car to the hotel but they resolved that by meeting us by the Main Street and helping with our luggage. Wouldn’t recommend a hire car but the location is just amazing so you wouldn’t need it in this area. 100/10 to you all at Palacio!"
