"Breakfast is good, very close to the beach, the room has a terrace lounge chair, and a toiletries and a kettle are provided. The front desk is very nice, for us to explain to the 25th, 15th and 23rd roads in the capital of Parma, and to take the seesight line in the city of Parma. The ticket can be used within 24 hours, and you can get off at any classic. Guide Chinese. But when I checked out, the cleaning staff came to remind us, even slamming the door and knocking out my coat on the ground, it was quite awkward, it might just be 12:10. I haven’t arrived yet to express my dissatisfaction."

"Requested a double bed but got a twin room which wasn’t great as it was our anniversary weekend away. First room air con didn’t work, moved to another without issue. Rooms not well sound proofed. Noisy guests too. Bathroom facilities lacking places to put toiletries etc. lifts very busy and slow. Overall average at best."

"The hotel is located not too far from the city center, and the public transportation is very convenient. It takes 5 minutes to walk back to the airport bus. There are many restaurants nearby, and it is also close to the attractions. The hotel suite is large, air-conditioned, well decorated, and very comfortable to live in. There is a luggage storage service, which is very modern and recommended."

"I took two buses from the airport. It took about 20 minutes by bus to get to the city center. It was about a 10-minute walk to the beach, so it was great that I could go there easily both in the morning and at night! There was a delicious seafood restaurant nearby. I was initially given a double-bedded room, but since I was traveling with friends, I asked the front desk and they changed it to a twin room. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of cheeses, hams, fruits, and breads! I definitely recommend adding breakfast (you can add it locally for a fee). The pool was also beautiful. It was a very nice hotel."

"Beautiful boutique hotel, very clean and well appointed. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Ideally locate in the old town. We stayed in a double deluxe room in order to be able to have the option of twin beds as it was a mother and daughter trip. Lovely Mollton Brown products in the bathroom, Illy coffee machine in the room and a kettle upon request so we could make tea. Minibar very well stocked. We enjoyed a nice glass of cava as a welcome drink. Continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful with the option of scrambled eggs. Would stay again if in Palma."

Positives:
Large, clean rooms with a nice balcony.
Slippers included, although they were a bit too small for my size 10 feet.
Reasonably priced bar and restaurant and the food was very good.
The service from the receptionists and bar staff was very good
Free bus in the morning which takes you into the centre of palma
Negatives:
Location. There is a small beach nearby which is very nice but there is not much else to do nearby at least when we went in late February which is off season.
We found the shower difficult to use, which could just be us being stupid but still worth a mention
When I paid I’m sure I picked a room with a Mountain View but got a room looking over the street. Not a big deal though as we didn’t spend much time in the room.
Overall for what we paid it was an exceptional stay I would recommend.

GGuest UserThe cleanliness was a bit disappointing, but the staff provided good service, and I was happy that I could eat breakfast for free. If you are thinking of cost-effectiveness, I recommend it. I also recommend staying here for one day and going to another good place.

GGuest UserThis was a quick trip but the hotel was very nice inside. The room was great for and us and very comfortable with great views over the harbour. There was construction works happening on the outside (front) but that didn’t really matter to us as we were only there for the weekend. The pool was a nice temperature on a hot day and although we couldn’t get a sunbed (arrived at the pool around lunch time) we had a lovely breakfast and the ice cold beer definitely helped us to relax.
The nightlife around the hotel can be a little loud due to the number of sports/Irish bars near by and it made the walk home from the city interesting. However the atmosphere was good and we didn’t mind at all. If you had kids then it could be a little intimidating I would think.
We also checked in very late (after midnight) which wasn’t a problem at all and we got our room straight away
Overall we’d definitely consider staying here again.

GGuest UserI booked a double room with a sea view for single use for one night in the eight-story hotel without breakfast. I knew the hotel from driving past. It doesn't look very appealing from the outside, but it's surprising when you enter. Everything looks freshly renovated and clean. The staff at reception were very friendly. I had a room on the 7th floor and was very satisfied. The hotel is in the second row, the beach and promenade are just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel, which, like its sister hotels Pamplona and Caballero, also located on Playa de Palma, belongs to the BG group, has a spa and sports area and a small indoor pool. I didn't eat any meals. There are only a relatively few German channels on the TV, the most important of which are ZDF, RTL, Vox, 3 Sat, ZDF Info, RTL 2. Das Erste and 3 programs are missing.
Positive: I forgot my tablet in the room. The chambermaid found it and honestly handed it in at reception. I picked it up a day later. Thank you for your honesty!

EeM.MThe hotel is located close to the airport, so do not be shocked that you can hear planes all time long. Really close to the public beach, and some shops and coffees. The swimming pool is clean, not small. Breakfast and dinner - depends on the day. Some days are super equipped, some days nothing to choose from. Unfortunately, the receptionist (woman with dark linger hair) was not kind and even asked in advance - denied the request of paying for an additional 2h for late check out in order to pick up an important meeting at work via laptop and denied giving access to one room they have for guests for an emergency stay. Never happened in my life before in this chain of hotels. In the room even the cleaning staff was requested, no recharge of soap or shampoo... And that's the reason I won't recommend the place - bad personnel can destroy good moments.

GGuest UserMy positive experience with Hotel Mirador in Palma, Mallorca began as soon as I entered the lobby. I was greeted warmly at the desk where they solved several problems with my booking which was made by Trip.com. Specifically, for some reason my reservation was in the name of a Trip.com employee and not me! Second although I had booked for two nights with continental breakfast, the reservation was made for one night with lunch and dinner and a SEPARATE reservation was made for one night with no meals. Third, a reservation was made for a ”Family” room instead of a single as I requested. This made my stay more expensive than I planned for.
Through all of these difficulties the staff at the Hotel Mirador treated me exceptionally well and made many phone inquires until I was able to get a room.
