The room was **extremely small**, especially for the price, which was disappointing. However, the **outstanding service**—particularly from **Emmula during breakfast**—completely changed my impression. He was **so kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful**, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Thanks to him,I tried the **hot milk**, which was honestly **the best I’ve ever had at any InterContinental worldwide**. Without his warmth, my experience wouldn’t have been nearly as positive. Yes, the rooms are cramped and overpriced, but **staff like Emmula make this hotel special**. Because of him,I’d even consider returning—this time, **with my mom**. If InterContinental invests in more space while keeping such amazing employees, it’d be perfect!

Everything else is good, especially the front desk staff is very welcoming, which is rare in Europe. The hotel is in a good location, very close to the Arc de Triomphe. The bathroom facilities are of poor standard and very average.

The shuttle service to Disney was incredibly convenient. The hotel service was excellent, and the front desk staff were really friendly. The room was absolutely massive!
