Paris Hotels with Gym

We had a wonderful stay at Bloom House Hotel. The breakfast was enjoyable, especially the poultry sausages as I don’t eat pork, though it would have been even better with the addition of baked beans. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, making for a truly restful stay. The spa was amazing and a real highlight of our visit - a steam room would have made it perfect. We will definitely consider staying at Bloom House again on our next trip to Paris.

This hotel is part of the Palais des Congrès de Paris complex, and it's one of the few high-rise buildings in the city. From my 8th-floor room facing south, I could see both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. Getting to the metro is super convenient; you can walk directly through the convention center, which is a huge plus in often rainy Paris. The breakfast was incredibly rich, offering rice, omelets, stir-fried vegetables, and over five kinds of fruit, plus hazelnut chocolate. The room was quite spacious by Parisian standards. Just a heads-up, Montmartre Hill, as shown in some photos, isn't actually visible – I had to stick my phone out the window to capture it. Now, a special warning about the taxis right outside the hotel. They are dishonest, so be careful. Taxis from Charles de Gaulle Airport to central Paris have a fixed zone-based fare: 65 euros for the Left Bank and 56 euros for the Right Bank. If you order a taxi via an app or phone, there's an additional 4-euro booking fee. We took a taxi from the hotel, which is on the Right Bank. The concierge confirmed the fixed fare would be 56 euros. However, after hailing a taxi right outside, the driver tried to charge us 65 euros (the Left Bank rate) plus a 4-euro booking fee upon arrival at the airport. After a lengthy argument, and even calling the hotel, the driver finally charged 56 euros plus the 4-euro booking fee. So, even after arguing, we still ended up paying the extra booking fee. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to the station. While the area around the train station can be a bit chaotic, the hotel's security measures are excellent—you need a key card to enter and access the floors, which made us feel very safe. The room was surprisingly spacious, quite large for a European hotel of its class. The front desk service was commendable; they were not only enthusiastic but also allowed me to check in early, which was a huge help. The only downsides were that the heating in the room wasn't quite enough, and the train noise was pretty noticeable at night. I'd recommend it to travelers like us who need to catch an early morning train.

The staff were incredibly kind and we were able to get the room with a balcony that we wanted. The Eiffel Tower view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. Plus, the bathtub was spacious, allowing for a really relaxing soak. Both the service and location are fantastic.

My friends and I overall enjoyed our stay. Though out of the way of the hustle and bustle of Paris, city center, it was just a short walk with easy access to the Metro. The area around the hotel isn’t the greatest, so we made it a point not to meander after dark, though just a few blocks away was the Canal which offered some great restaurant choices and lots of people enjoying their evening walk and jog. Most of the front desk staff were helpful and met us with warm greetings. Our room was always clean, with fresh towels daily, thank you Leila. However, watch out for the ever changing water temps in the shower, freezing cold to scolding hot!! The restaurant on-site was decent, for a buffet, but you couldn’t sit in that area unless you were ordering food. There was a nice lounge area, but the cigarette smoke poured in from the front doors and filled the whole lobby, which made it hard to sit (breathe) in the lounge. We stayed a total of 9 days here and it was comfortable enough to stay again, just not in this area.

There are coffee shops, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby! The supermarket is huge and the prices are great. The hotel itself is long and narrow, so you might have a bit of a walk. The elevators are a bit small, and the layout isn't ideal. The restaurant is very spacious, and the garden is a nice spot to sit, chat, and smoke. The rooms are decent enough. There are also some street-side shops nearby, a delicious French restaurant, and the Picasso Museum.

The price is reasonable, and having a police station downstairs made us feel very safe. It's conveniently located near a metro station, but we mostly took Ubers to get around. Ubers to major attractions were only about 10-15 Euros, which was cost-effective for a group. The area is a local residential neighborhood with a Carrefour supermarket, fruit stores, delicious cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and a pharmacy. The sink was a bit clogged, but the front desk quickly sent someone to fix it. Overall, a great stay, and I'd consider staying here again.

The hotel's location is excellent, right near the Eiffel Tower, making it super convenient to see the illuminations at night. Not far from the hotel, there's also a spot where 'Inception' was filmed, and the observation deck by the bridge offers fantastic photo opportunities of the Tower – we even saw a wedding photoshoot happening there. The room was a bit on the smaller side, but the amenities and service were good overall. Definitely recommend it.

I like the decoration style, a bit of Art Deco, and it still has a sense of quality for a 4-star hotel. It is located in a quiet location in the bustling Left Bank, and it is convenient to go out for meals. The hotel's breakfast is also rich. Although the room is relatively small, it has a balcony for ventilation and the price is cheap. The executive room is very spacious
