TtheshbangBooked this hotel because I loved the interior from the photos and was not disappointed! We got in in the morning after a really long flight and managed to get early checkin and went straight to the pool and sauna - great for a chilly day! The room was cute but the balcony wasn’t really necessary - I actually preferred the rooms without facing the main road as it was much brighter. The only 2 things were the odd pillows that were not comfortable (they said they didn’t have long ones) and that the neighbourhood is a little sus but luckily the street is clean right by the hotel. Had great breakfast selection and kind staff, would recommend overall though!

ぱぱむさんThe staff were incredibly kind and we were able to get the room with a balcony that we wanted. The Eiffel Tower view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. Plus, the bathtub was spacious, allowing for a really relaxing soak. Both the service and location are fantastic.

While the area around the train station can be a bit chaotic, the hotel's security measures are excellent—you need a key card to enter and access the floors, which made us feel very safe. The room was surprisingly spacious, quite large for a European hotel of its class. The front desk service was commendable; they were not only enthusiastic but also allowed me to check in early, which was a huge help. The only downsides were that the heating in the room wasn't quite enough, and the train noise was pretty noticeable at night. I'd recommend it to travelers like us who need to catch an early morning train.

My recent stay at Hôtel Dame des Arts allowed me to immerse myself in the splendor of the awe-inspiring interior design crafted by Raphel Navot and indulge in the allure of the popular rooftop bar, which undoubtedly left a positive and lasting impression.
The interior design of the hotel was a masterpiece in itself, with Raphel Navot's talent evident in every detail. The ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, creating an atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment.
Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations.
This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service.
Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing.
On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience.
In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience. GGuest UserThere are coffee shops, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby! The supermarket is huge and the prices are great. The hotel itself is long and narrow, so you might have a bit of a walk. The elevators are a bit small, and the layout isn't ideal. The restaurant is very spacious, and the garden is a nice spot to sit, chat, and smoke. The rooms are decent enough. There are also some street-side shops nearby, a delicious French restaurant, and the Picasso Museum.

GGuest UserThe room was great, and the location was super convenient. Right across the street from a police station, which made us feel really safe. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful.
The amenities were comprehensive, including slippers and a capsule coffee machine, though there wasn't a toothbrush. The complimentary minibar was refilled daily. We even had pigeons occasionally visit our balcony.
On the day we left, it was a Saturday around 6:30 AM, but breakfast only started at 7 AM. Since we had a flight to catch, the front desk helped us arrange to eat earlier. We had a quick bite and then headed out. Many thanks to the staff for their assistance!

GGuest UserI chose this hotel for a five-night stay about two weeks before my trip, mainly for its convenient location to Roland Garros. The front desk staff provided good service, and the overall facilities were decent. The bathroom was a bit small with some drainage issues, and there was no coffee in the room, but these were all acceptable. For breakfast, they had freshly made poached eggs and omelets, and the menu changed a few times over the five days, so the overall quality was quite good. The hotel's location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby and easy access to public transportation. You can even walk to the Eiffel Tower.

XXXXXCharlotteTo be honest, I booked this hotel entirely for the tower view. However, it's a far cry from Pullman hotels back home in China. You can only check in really late. The lobby's color scheme, red and green, is just... indescribable. I also ordered flowers and a small cake to be delivered to the room, which was apparently around 100 to just under 200 euros. I think the champagne was also 100 or 200 euros, I can't quite remember. Anyway, go for the tower view, but don't expect anything else...

It's very close to the Eiffel Tower, about a 15-minute walk along the Seine River, which offers great photo opportunities of the tower. There's a large supermarket near the hotel that's open until 11 PM, which was perfect for last-minute shopping on our final day. Across from the hotel, there's a Korean restaurant; the ginseng chicken soup truly saved my stomach. Picture 1 shows the drive to the hotel; Picture 2 is the view from our room.
