The room… pure bliss: comfortable, soft, soothing, and above all, absolutely quiet. No noise, just the pleasure of complete relaxation.
The sauna is a real bonus, a timeless moment of relaxation. And what can I say about the breakfast? Delicious, varied, with high-quality products to start the day off right.

Hotel spa, gym and pool facilities were lovely.
Would have appreciated a fridge in the room; along with beauty amenities provided in rooms (conditioner to go work shampoo, shower gel etc)

The wooden floors are a major issue for noise. We could clearly hear movement from the room above, the room next door, and even our own footsteps echoed. The sound insulation is very poor.
Beautiful hotel, but would not recommend if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise.

GGuest UserThe room had air conditioning, which worked perfectly. The hotel's location is also fantastic, making it super convenient to get around with two subway stations nearby. They offer luggage storage at the front desk, and the service was excellent; we felt completely comfortable leaving our room keys with them every day when we went out, without any concerns.

It is located in a quiet location in the bustling Left Bank, and it is convenient to go out for meals. The hotel's breakfast is also rich. Although the room is relatively small, it has a balcony for ventilation and the price is cheap. The executive room is very spacious

One day the trash can was forgotten to be emptied, one day the toilet paper was used up but not replaced, and one day the hair in the bathroom was not cleaned.

GGuest UserI stayed here for a couple of nights from the 7th to the 9th of August. During my first night stay, I had a very unpleasant experience with the night receptionist. I returned to the hotel after watching an Olympic table tennis match that finished at around midnight. After showering and washing my hair I found out that the hair dryer didn't work so I phoned the reception to ask for help. The receptionist told me that there was nothing he could do as housekeeping was closed. I told him that I couldn't go to bed with wet hair but he repeatedly refused to help. After a long argument with him on the phone he eventually came up to my room. On entering my room, his manner was aggressive and he was more interested in scolding me than trying to fix the hair dryer. It wasn't until I told him that I would demand a full refund of my room rates before he fixed the problem. The lengthy and frustrating process of dealing with this guy kept me up until 2am. The following day, I filed a complaint with the manager who promised he would investigate the matter.
The way I was treated by this night time receptionist makes me feel that there was an element of race and gender discrimination as I am an Asian woman. I'd like to think this was a bad showing by one individual staff rather than the general service level of the hotel. The other staff of the hotel seemed friendly and helpful.

The service throughout my stay was warm, attentive, and professional. From check-in to check-out, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality added a personal touch that made the experience all the more memorable.
