"The room was quite spacious and comfortable, especially for Paris. However, the bathroom was, as usual, tiny. It's super convenient, only a three-minute walk from Lyon station. The hotel breakfast offered very limited options. The elevator is on the 0.5 floor, so if you have a lot of luggage, you'll need to carry it up half a flight of stairs to get to the elevator, and then another half flight to your floor. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly though, and will assist with luggage. Overall, the service was very warm and nice."

"A great hotel in a great location and service. The one thing that kind of annoyed us, was the size of the room and the bathroom. Although we booked the bigger room but it was so mini. I can't imagine how the real mini room looks like. Also the cups for coffee were too big and didn't even fit in the machine.
Everything else was perfect."

"Hotel Ginette a Folie was a fun stay!!! The hotel is designed with a very specific decor that transported us away into a fantasy every time we came home.
The service was mostly very good, all the staff were very sweet and helpful. And someone was always around to help and answer questions.
The hotel is new and therefore felt clean. Our bedroom was really small, which I would say is the only downfall. I had read about this before our stay and thought I wouldn’t mind, but with two people and two suitcases, we really did struggle to find room to walk to the bathroom. The best part was the bed was very comfortable, and also the windows were well sound insulated, with black out curtains.
We tried out the spa which was actually very nice. We really enjoyed having the space to ourselves for the hour and we appreciated the efforts to make it more of a luxury spa experience, with the bathrobes delivered to our room the hour before, and cold waters waiting for us etc.
Best part is the location! Only 3 min walk to the metro, on a quiet side street."

"Recently on a business trip to Paris, I stayed in the 7th floor room of this hotel. The room was small but the view from the window was good. The hotel is strategically located, seven or eight minutes walk nearby, there is a breakfast shop that opens at 7 in the morning, and it is only a 10-minute walk from Galeries Lafayette. The room was quiet, but the passenger elevator was very small and narrow, thin-slice elevators, and the price service and facilities could not be asked too much. Overall it can live."

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris. The manager, Stefano, truly made our experience exceptional. When our luggage was delayed by the airline, he went above and beyond to help us — offering very practical advice on how to handle the situation, providing us with some essential items to use during our stay, and comforting us with kind and supportive words at a time when we were feeling quite frustrated. His professionalism and empathy turned what could have been a stressful start into a much more manageable experience.
The hotel itself is clean, neat, and tidy, with rooms that are reasonably sized and well maintained. The location is absolutely perfect — just a few minutes’ walk from Galeries Lafayette Haussmann (which makes shopping extremely convenient) and about a 20-minute walk to the Louvre Museum. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, offering a great variety of dining options.
We would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers — couples, families, and especially visitors who are not planning to drive, as everything you need is within walking distance or easily accessible by public transport.
Thank you to Stefano and the entire team for making our Paris stay so pleasant and memorable!

TtheshbangBooked this hotel because I loved the interior from the photos and was not disappointed! We got in in the morning after a really long flight and managed to get early checkin and went straight to the pool and sauna - great for a chilly day! The room was cute but the balcony wasn’t really necessary - I actually preferred the rooms without facing the main road as it was much brighter. The only 2 things were the odd pillows that were not comfortable (they said they didn’t have long ones) and that the neighbourhood is a little sus but luckily the street is clean right by the hotel. Had great breakfast selection and kind staff, would recommend overall though!

Service: So-so, there is only one person in the restaurant and the front desk, it feels understaffed. The quality of food and beverage is OK.
Facilities: The decoration style is not bad, the shower water pressure is good. But the room is still very small, and the aisles on both sides of the bed take up a lot of space, so the luggage can't be placed, so the two luggages are barely put down at the end of the bed. The lighting control is also a bit messy. Note that there is no bedside table, and the room type I was assigned does not have a table and chair in the bedside area, which is different from the reference picture.

AAnonymous UserAccessibility and Location: We were mindful that Montmarte is a hilly, cobbled location; therefore, on arrival and departure taxi or Uber would be the most convenient way with large luggages.
It's brilliantly located within walking distances of fabulous bars, restaurants, and main sights of Montmarte.
About 450-550 meters within Metro stops of Lamarck and Chateau Rouge.
Cleanliness: The room we were in had a bit of a body odour smell on arrival, which was disappointing. Thankfully the windows can be opened so that solved the issue.
Comfort: Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Service: Good breakfast service. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Good coin laundry service.

GGuest UserI set the balcony room double room clean location is good but no sound, the room is very close between the rooms, when cleaning the room, the equipment in the room is not prepared, the feeling is very bad, when using this for a while, there is no shower gel in the bathroom. The double room has a towel, a bottle of water, and 2 paper towels are gone. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes and does not buy them (at least provide customers with choices)

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, just in the alley next to the Champs-Elysées, and it takes 10 minutes to walk to the Arc de Triomphe. The room is relatively large, and the bathroom is also large. Although it has a long history, it is well maintained. The elevator feels very good, and you can also walk to the Eiffel Tower in about half an hour. The price is a bit expensive, probably because of holidays.

Facilities: The facilities are complete, and there are different small cakes downstairs for free every day;
Environment: It is right next to the Arc de Triomphe, not far from the subway station, and there are many shops around. There are also laundry rooms and Korean and Japanese restaurants on the same street.

EEddie WJMy stay at Novotel Paris Eiffel Tower was generally okay, but the customer service was disappointing. On the morning of 25th November around 7:30 AM, I asked at checkout if the hotel could arrange a taxi and how much it would cost. One staff member rudely interrupted, saying 'my colleague is talking to you, it’s all done,' completely ignoring my repeated question. I tried to clarify, saying I was asking if they could order a taxi for me and the fare, but they continued to dismiss me instead of politely responding or asking for clarification. This felt unprofessional and unnecessarily rude.
Earlier in my stay, I asked at reception about room slippers I had requested. The staff said it was too late to check and that I would have to wait until the next day. Fortunately, the slippers were sent to my room while I was out, but entering the room so soon after check-in felt inappropriate.
The only positive was the check-in staff, who was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of the service was disappointing, which brought what could have been an 8/10 stay down to 5/10.

GGuest UserI stayed here for a couple of nights from the 7th to the 9th of August. During my first night stay, I had a very unpleasant experience with the night receptionist. I returned to the hotel after watching an Olympic table tennis match that finished at around midnight. After showering and washing my hair I found out that the hair dryer didn't work so I phoned the reception to ask for help. The receptionist told me that there was nothing he could do as housekeeping was closed. I told him that I couldn't go to bed with wet hair but he repeatedly refused to help. After a long argument with him on the phone he eventually came up to my room. On entering my room, his manner was aggressive and he was more interested in scolding me than trying to fix the hair dryer. It wasn't until I told him that I would demand a full refund of my room rates before he fixed the problem. The lengthy and frustrating process of dealing with this guy kept me up until 2am. The following day, I filed a complaint with the manager who promised he would investigate the matter.
The way I was treated by this night time receptionist makes me feel that there was an element of race and gender discrimination as I am an Asian woman. I'd like to think this was a bad showing by one individual staff rather than the general service level of the hotel. The other staff of the hotel seemed friendly and helpful.

TTina&TThe location of the hotel is very good, and the design style is also very exquisite. The only thing is that the suite given to us at the beginning was on the basement floor. It had windows, but it was still a bit damp, so we moved to the first floor the next day, and there was a skylight right above the bed. As soon as the sun shines on the bed, I don't know what to think.
