Love this hotel! Thank you Ms. Xinxin for arranging everything for us. Even though, the staff cannot speak English much but they are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is various choice. The room is warm and well-decorated. The hot spring is just amazing, they have both indoor and outdoor. The entance to Changbaishan mountain park is nearby the hotel.

Erdaobaihe is a really sweet, cozy little town. Although it’s not located in the main town area, it is just opposite the beautiful pine forest, which makes the surroundings very peaceful. There are free buses available to travel within the town, which is very convenient. However, as we can’t read Chinese, we mostly relied on Didi instead. Getting a Didi can be a bit challenging due to the limited number of drivers, but as long as you’re willing to wait 5–15 minutes, you should be able to get one. The people in the town are very warm and welcoming. We visited Enduli, and it was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable. The morning view from our room was magical. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet with a heated seat, which was a nice touch. There was a small issue where we found a strand of hair on the bed when we opened the bedsheet. We didn’t make a fuss as I had my own disposable bedsheet prepared. Despite this minor incident, the overall stay was wonderful. What really made this place special was Aunty Wu. She was always there for us and even woke up at 6am just to bid us goodbye. When we were looking for laundry services, she kindly offered to wash our clothes in-house. With my OCD, I was especially touched that she even warmed my laundry bag for me - such a thoughtful gesture. Will definitely be back

Conveniently located and the hotel provides free transfer to and from train station and also to and from the Changbaishan north entrance which are very useful. It is located at the main street in Erdaobaihe and can easily walk to the attractions. Room is very clean. Hotel owner is friendly, helpful and responsive. He responds to messages promptly and punctual in picking up. Highly recommend to stay here

The hotel is conveniently located at the end of the rafting stream and guest would get free ride to the rafting entrance.

i'm not chinese and cant speak chinese so i can't communicate with front office to pick me up from trainstation so i use taxi from Changbai train station to this hotel with cost 100 yuan. when arrive, a young chinese women in tradition korean custome greeted me so well. she try to communicate with me and friend by wechat. made me so impressed. i went ski and the receptionist arrange ski class and ski suit rental for us. variety of breakfast :) hotel arrange bus to send me and my friend to next hotel. that's so lovely :) thanks so much from 泰国人

However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set a high standard for hospitality. She is undoubtedly a role model for her peers and a huge asset to the hotel. This experience reinforced my belief that service in China is truly excellent, and it’s because of staff like her that I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Changbaishan in a different season. The staff were very kind and we were impressed by their sincere attitude toward the guests. We booked the Gyegok trekking through Trip.com, but as foreigners, we had trouble communicating with the trekking company. The manager helped us, and we had a wonderful time that will remain a pleasant memory. If we have the chance to come to Changbai Mountain again, we would definitely choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We are truly grateful for the warm hearts of all the staff. Also, grilling skewers and enjoying a glass of soju in the hotel parking lot was an unforgettable delight.
