Highly recommended, The rooms were tidy and clean. They provide food and good service to the customers. I had a great time here and wouldnt hesitate to return again the next time I come. Thank you Fah for good service and being helpful with all my questions.

5 out of 5 It was a lovely and great days I spent-in Villa Escape Burasari Clean and good room service delicious food in all restaurants Especially Fah from frond disc she helped us a lot 24/7 And Pui From the kitchen she made us a lovely bakery and sweets

The hotel was absolutely amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were so welcoming and attentive, but I want to give a special shoutout to Fah, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. She truly made a difference in our experience. The hotel was amazing , great service , the staff are friendly especially Don , The pool near the villa was clean the water is fresh and cold, also the public pool is clean and nice and the drinks at the bar were amazing. The breakfast is great a lot of great selections

Wow! What a holiday!! The moment we arrived, we couldn't help but take a deep breath and sigh with relief at how peaceful and breathtaking Island Escape is.It was a memorable experience for two nights stay, celebrating my birthday. The service was great from all staff - front desk, door man, chef, trainer at the beach, housekeeping, They decorate my room and provide a cake without any cost. Staff seems to know my birthday and provide their wishes. The facilities are with three pools and they are all day activities for adults and kids. I booked for yoga public class and Muay thai session.It was so good, The front desk ‘Bella’ was helpful and focused and recheck to make sure that we were pleasant for our stayed. 'Natty' was great too, she understand all my needs. The only thing I will suggest is to provide more frequent shuttle services and more seat on the bus.

From the moment of checking in, to checking out, my experience was amazing. The villa was clean in the greenery beautiful views and really quiet. Everyday, even if I didn’t want my room cleaning, The host " Bella " and housekeeper saw you coming in and out of your room, they would double check if you needed anything ie: more bottles of water or clean towel. Great breakfast. Fresh seafood at the beach restaurant. One night I ordered the burger, and it was one of the nicest I’ve ever had. Not only were all the staff friendly and helpful, but the location of the hotel is perfect easy access to Phuket town (20 minutes by boat).I would highly recommend this hotel.

The service at this hotel is exceptional. I truly feel like the entire staff try their best to make your stay comfortable.The hotel is kid friendly and well maintained. We tried all the restaurants and they did not disappoint. Overall, it’s perfect for couples with kids who are all comfortable sharing a bed. Will be back with my hubby next time.

One of top hotel I've ever visited. During our stay we were hosted by Don and his wonderful friends. Everything since moment we met at the reception desk was organized in professional and helpful way. All stuff working in hotel is top ! Food in all restaurants, drinks are awesome. The villa we stayed was hidden in jungle so it was really private and we really enjoyed every moment during our stay, as it was sunny and during the rain. 5 stars!
