We barely took any taxis during our stay here. Rawai Seafood Market is also within a 30-minute walk, and there are many 7-Elevens and restaurants nearby, making the location very convenient. Service: I have to thank the front desk lady. I accidentally dropped my wallet with several hundred RMB in it when checking in the night before, and I didn't even realize it was missing until she handed it back to me the next morning. She was very friendly and answered all our questions. Environment & Hygiene: The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are spacious, perfect for Chinese guests, with a dedicated balcony for drying clothes, which is a big plus. Although the pool is small, I saw staff cleaning it daily. The only minor downsides were the low water pressure in the shower, meaning the water flow wasn't great. Also, if your room is on the second floor, you'll need to carry your luggage up and down, which can be a bit inconvenient. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we come back to Phuket.
