Ótima localização, recepção e atendimento excelente, café da manhã muito bom . O hotel é antigo e mal conservado, as instalações bem precárias. O quarto que ficamos estava empoeirado e a porta do banheiro estava emperrada. A sacada estava suja. O local do café da manhã estava limpo, mas sem nenhum capricho, as paredes descascadas, uma parte sem reboco (acabamento), sem toalha nas mesas. Para uma diária, ok.

Excelente hospedagem,quarto muito limpo e grande,café da manhã bem servido,atendentes muito educados e prestativos nos deram bastante dicas sobre a cidade .A localização é ótima,praticamente não usamos o carro,próximo a tudo.

Arquitetura do Hotel muito bela. Equipe boa e atenciosa. Comida simples mas boa, pegamos 3 refeições por dia. Falta manutenção no hotel, cortina rasgada, TV e telefone que não funcionam, abajur que não tem como usar pois não tem tomada, colchão jogado no meio do corredor, mofo no banheiro, uma pena deixarem um lugar tão bonito e histórico sem a devida atenção. Estacionamento pago a parte, meu carro entrou limpo e encerado, mas, quando me devolveram, estava cheio de "sujeira" de pombo. Monitores, ao final da estadia, vão atrás dos mais jovens, "forçando" para que façam avaliação do hotel neste site. Um deles pegou o Tablet de uma criança de 10 anos da minha família e o monitor mesmo fez a avaliação aqui no site, bastante desleal e desagradável.

Hotel extremamente antigo. Camas péssimas. Roupas de cama péssimas. A toalha de banho parecia de rosto, de tão pequena. E velhas. Cobertores antigos e mofados. Não tem uma cortina no quarto. Janelas não fecham e fica entrando vento gelado. Café da manhã fraquíssimo, mas muito fraquíssimo. Torradeira quebrada durante os 3 dias que fiquei. Tem 4 funcionários no hotel, fora o casal de donos. São todos atenciosos mas deu dó de ver o hotel nesse estado. Caindo aos pedaços. Ofeceram um berço para minha filha de 7 meses que parecia uma gaiola e tudo enferrujado. A localização é ótima mas fica em uma esquina e as duas ruas são extremamente movimentadas, das 6h as 00h. Já me hospedei no Alvorada em 1997 e o hotel esta do mesmo jeito. Inclusive os móveis. Não reformaram nada. Infelizmente não recomendo! Viajei com meus pais (idosos), esposa e minha filha de 7 meses. Não existe acessibilidade no hotel.
