Room Environment: Very old, not what an InterContinental Hotel should be like. I wanted to go for a walk, but there were mosquitoes outside. I had no choice. I rented a battery car for 40 yuan for half an hour. After a week of watching, there was nothing. Facilities: Everything in the hotel that children want to play is charged, and it is said to be contracted by a third party. If the game console is broken, the money will still be collected. There is basically no need to sit in the hotel lobby bar. It is so hot that you will want to go crazy🤪 Service: Because the child has the habit of taking a nap, we knocked on the door twice and delivered fruits. The service was really great😀

This is simply the worst five-star hotel I have ever stayed in. I arrived at the hotel almost early in the morning and I was already very tired. They told me that there was no room available for the double bed room I booked. I would like to upgrade it to a suite. That would be fine. However, the bathtub in the suite was because of the I had contact issues, kept restarting, and it would spray water every once in a while, which shocked me, twice. I called the front desk to fix it, but it couldn't be fixed. I had to pack my luggage in the middle of the night and move it upstairs. The service staff also had a perfunctory attitude, and the rooms upstairs were not much better. The toilet glass was so broken, the door lock on the balcony was also broken and could not be closed. The air conditioner in the bedroom could not be turned on and it was very cold. The sink was still there as before. Dental floss left by guests! It's so disgusting. I'm drunk. The waiters in the restaurant are not very proficient in their business. I contacted a total of 6 or 7 waiters before and after the meal. I asked some questions and couldn't answer them. I had to ask the manager. In the end, the payment of the bill and the invoice were also twists and turns... I didn't feel much at all. Got on the job after training. Why is the service and hardware of Heilongtan Intercontinental so poor? The price of 699 or 700 is definitely not worth it!

The hotel helped me upgrade to a lake view room. I was very satisfied. The hotel environment, service and supporting facilities are very good. On weekdays, I can take in the entire beautiful scenery. It is very quiet. Although the pool is a bit small, the temperature is quite good. It feels comfortable to get up, and a steaming session can relieve all fatigue; the room is also very nice! The housekeeper Xiao Xiao is also very enthusiastic and patient, and responds to messages in a timely manner. It is a very satisfying experience!
