Hotel Sorriso

Honestly we expected more from a 3 star hotel. Questionable reception but certainly not the main problem. The bedroom was poorly cleaned, the presence of a disposable container of shampoo used above the shower was proof of this. The thing that bothered us the most was the lack of a sliding door section of the shower cubicle. This problem was immediately reported to the reception, who simply responded by apologizing for the mix-up but did not even try to find a solution. We were therefore left without half the shower door, flooding the entire bathroom. In the morning, from around 7.20 am, the bedroom cleaners began their work by speaking in a decidedly annoying tone of voice along the corridor, disturbing the guests' rest. Another misadventure: we had asked, in the afternoon, to be able to use the bicycles available in the evening; when it was time to use it, we were told that the bicycles were all reserved for the following day and the keys had already been given to future users.

I was supposed to stay in this hotel from Monday to today, but on Monday I had to change the hotel there on the spot, because they caused me great inconvenience as a hotel. Room delivered late even though I had asked to speed up the delivery as I was traveling at night. Dilapidated rooms, I had room 11 and my relatives had room 10. In the triple room the single bed was attached to the bathroom door. Yellowish curtains. Walls with killed insects attached. The icing on the cake was the waste bag in the room and the broken air conditioner. We point out the issue of the air conditioner asking to change the room or solve the problem. They tell us that if we want to be patient they would send us technicians, but we had already waited too long and wanted to rest. Alternatively they tell us that they could give us another room. We go to see it and it felt like we were back in the first years after the war. First of all, shower with a plastic curtain, in defiance of all health regulations, without a shower tray, only with the manhole cover on the floor. Without bidet. The toilet had a plastic container on top which acted as a bidet according to this very modern hotel. I refuse, I ask for the advance money to be returned to me, including the stay and the difference I had to pay in the other hotel. They only give us back the advance money. They didn't want to give the difference to pay for the hotel found directly on the spot, in fact the owner on the phone told me "maybe you've never travelled". I repeat to the owner that perhaps she has never seen a hotel, because with a few euros more I found a four-star hotel that made me smile again

Direi che la prima impressione è molto importante […] quindi state attenti. Il servizio di camera è po’ scarso, e per noi giovani spesso quando siamo in vacanza la tendenza è quella di svegliarsi il più tarde possibili, e se mi dice che la colazione è dalle 9 alle 10:30, uhm!

Albergo pessimo. Si salva solo la posizione. La camera che risultava essere una matrimoniale superior non aveva neanche il bidè, disponeva di un piccolo bagno diviso dalla camera da una porta a soffietto. La doccia aveva un gettito diretto sul pavimento che si allagava ogni volta ci si faceva la doccia con l’acqua che saliva all’altezza delle caviglie. All’interno della camera un lavandino, due sgabelli per comodino. Camera situata al quarto piano raggiungibile senza ascensore, a piedi dal terzo. Se questo è un tre stelle!

Ottimo Hotel qualità prezzo, colazione ottima, personale molto cordiale e disponibile a soddisfare richieste extra. Questa struttura è convenzionata per la cena con Rosso Pomodoro, un posto eccezionale e piatti molto ma molto buoni LO CONSIGLIO A TUTTI È DAVVERO SPETTACOLARE SI MANGIA BENISSIMO.
