Stayed here for 3 nights in October. Perfect location from the train station Termini, only 10 mins walk and easy to find. Communication with Franco was excellent, we let him know when we were 30 mins away and he and his wife were there to meet us. They showed us the accommodation and gave us some suggestions of places to eat. The accommodation is a private room with bathroom and a shared kitchen area. Everywhere was spotlessly clean - far more so than some hotels we've stayed in! It was also well thought out and felt very homely. Loved the selection of towels especially the large bath towels 😁. The street below was busy at times but it didn't disturb you once the windows were shut. The air conditioning was a godsend! The accommodation is in walking distance of most of Rome's attractions and the metro station is a few minutes walk away. There's a nice park to sit with a gelato and watch the world go by! Overall we were very impressed with the location and standard of this property. Thank you Franco and Mrs Franco!
