Quezon City Hotels with Rooftop Pools

"We had a pleasant stay overall — the staff were warm and the environment was relaxing. I truly appreciated the hospitality. There are just a few small areas I believe could be improved to elevate the experience even further, especially for a 5-star standard: 1. Hair Dryer Quality The current hair dryer is quite difficult to use due to its size and the open button. A more modern and slightly larger model would make getting ready much more convenient for guests. 2. Breakfast Queue Management During breakfast, the waiting line was quite long. However, once seated, I noticed many empty tables inside. Perhaps the seating process could be coordinated more efficiently so guests don’t have to wait unnecessarily. 3. A La Carte Dinner Quality I ordered the salmon steak, which was fine but felt quite neutral in flavor. Improving the rice quality or seasoning slightly could make the dish more memorable. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return. I’m sharing these suggestions in hopes they help enhance the already great service you provide."

"We had a fantastic experience in this hotel. Totally recommend for family and friend stays. Location spot is good with many food places around the area. The staff at the rooftop pool bar were particularly kind, and allowed us to celebrate a small birthday last minute. I do wish there were more things to do at the hotel than just the pool. But all in all it was a great stay. We will definitely come back! 10/10"

"A Relaxing Stay with a View (and a few quirks) at Eastwood Richmonde Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying in a one-bedroom suite at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel, and while it wasn't perfect, it certainly provided a comfortable and convenient base for my trip. The Highlight Reel: * That View! My suite offered stunning scenic views, which really elevated the overall experience. Waking up to that each morning was a definite plus. * Shower Power: The shower was fantastic - great water pressure and a unique see-through glass wall option for those who dare! * Service with a Smile: The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued. * Eastwood Convenience: The hotel's location in Eastwood City is unbeatable. With shops, restaurants, and entertainment options all within walking distance, I had everything I needed right at my doorstep. A Few Minor Hiccups: * Time for an Update? While my suite was spacious and comfortable, some of the facilities felt a bit dated. stained sofa, cigarette smelling carpets. A little refurbishment here and there would go a long way. * Magnetic Mayhem: A heads-up for fellow travelers in the digital age: the hotel still uses old-school magnetic keycards. It seems my phone has a strong magnetic field, and I kept accidentally demagnetizing my keycard! This meant a few extra trips down to the front desk for replacements. A minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of. Perhaps it's time for the hotel to consider upgrading to a more modern RFID system, which wouldn't be susceptible to this kind of interference. Overall: Despite the slightly dated facilities and the keycard quirk, I enjoyed my stay at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel. The combination of a great location, friendly service, and that incredible view made it a worthwhile experience. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of Eastwood City and prioritize convenience and a great view, this hotel is definitely worth considering. Just be mindful of your phone's magnetic prowess if you're carrying your keycard nearby!"

"To more concern about housekeeping , be sure cleaning is important to the guests... please take noted about it as I been staying there o updated of cleaning just a card of noted slip under the door 😔😔😔😔😔 hopefully not to be happen again if you need to up standards your hotel.......this just for sharing......we happy to stay there in the future ❤️"

"My new favorite hotel! I’m glad I chanced upon this hotel on Trip.com. It’s a great choice for families. Beds are big, and the amenities are really good. They have a game room, a gym, and a pool at the rooftop. I especially loved their pool (heated) since it was warm, which made swimming very enjoyable. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, and the staff were very accommodating, they packed food for our companions who couldn’t come down to eat. Service overall was excellent. This hotel is perfect for a staycation, and we definitely plan to come back. The only downside was the extra bed. It felt really hard, almost like plywood without a mattress. My nephew didn’t mention or complain about it, so I only discovered it shortly before we were about to check out. Had I known earlier, I would have asked the staff to replace it."

"Location depends on why you’re in Quezon City I suppose. It worked for me. Breakfast was more than decent quality. Staff were all pleasant. A strange smell in the corridor periodically was the only downside. I didn’t use the pool or the gym but had a look at them and both appeared adequate. This was my second stay there so i liked it enough to return. Thats always a plus point."

"Upon our arrival very accommodating all of staff starting on there security. We feel they’re knowing each other already even we just a first time only in this place. Look like really private place or hiding place as well so far we are satisfied in this hotel. We are looking forward to stay one more days but it’s fully booked already does it’s mean there always a lot guest there like this hotel. More power thank you!"

"We attended the Better Endings Concert of M2M which is just beside the hotel. Location was perfect, staff were nice. Our room was at the 5th floor where the spa is. There’s a security door just after the spa so only guests could enter the area with the rooms. I love that and the wonderful smell coming from the spa was glorious. Our room was huge and had this great view of the coliseum and the street. The hotel is environmental-friendly as they provided water in glass bottles instead of plastic ones. And everything is provided for. The guest services line is online 24/7 and responds right away. The only hold up I think was the long wait for check-in but could be because their computer system was slow. But it was all good cause I only had to get my room key when I lined up cause I registered earlier in the morning. Thank you, Novotel!"

"We enjoyed our stay here, especially the breakfast as there are a lot of foods to choose from. Their receptionists are also accomodating and even called us when a room was available since we arrived earlier than the check-in time and left our bags. My only complain was they only have 1 pair of sleeper though I booked for 2 persons. We wanted to avail the rooftop pool and bar next time. We only checked it and took some photos. Above all its a great experience and will diffinitely stay here when we attend a concert again soon."
