Our room was spacious, impeccably clean The beds were comfortable We enjoyed the hotel's amenities, sauna especially the pool and the on-site restaurant, which served delicious meals. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in making our stay memorable. They surprised us with a beautifully decorated birthday cake, which was a delightful touch that made our celebration even more special. The hotel’s location was perfect, with easy access to Solaire North Considering the excellent service and amenities, we felt the stay was worth it."

"I often stay in hotels on business trips, and this was my first time staying at an apartment hotel, where they offered free snacks and souvenirs. The first and second pictures are the advertised and actual photos. The free food I actually received was a little less than what was advertised, but you can't expect too much from free things, haha! The kids loved the Legos, though... Back to the topic, the hotel was newly renovated, the rooms were new, the bedding was comfortable, and the space was clean and simple. The swimming pool was a favorite for the kids. The hotel is conveniently located, 500 meters from the subway station and a few minutes' walk from Cubao's commercial center, home to numerous shopping malls and restaurants. The on-site manager, Nana, was very friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent and welcoming. She even took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room. The language barrier prevented communication, so all I could do was keep saying, ”Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!” I'll definitely stay here again."

"The service was good, owner was responsive and his staff as well are accommodating. One thing that we don’t like was the towels given to us looks dirty and some of the lights were not working. The bathroom door has no lock as well thankfully we’re all girls."

The Highlight Reel: * That View! My suite offered stunning scenic views, which really elevated the overall experience. Waking up to that each morning was a definite plus. * Shower Power: The shower was fantastic - great water pressure and a unique see-through glass wall option for those who dare! * Service with a Smile: The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued. * Eastwood Convenience: The hotel's location in Eastwood City is unbeatable. With shops, restaurants, and entertainment options all within walking distance, I had everything I needed right at my doorstep. A Few Minor Hiccups: * Time for an Update? While my suite was spacious and comfortable, some of the facilities felt a bit dated. stained sofa, cigarette smelling carpets. A little refurbishment here and there would go a long way. * Magnetic Mayhem: A heads-up for fellow travelers in the digital age: the hotel still uses old-school magnetic keycards. It seems my phone has a strong magnetic field, and I kept accidentally demagnetizing my keycard! This meant a few extra trips down to the front desk for replacements. A minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of. Perhaps it's time for the hotel to consider upgrading to a more modern RFID system, which wouldn't be susceptible to this kind of interference. Overall: Despite the slightly dated facilities and the keycard quirk, I enjoyed my stay at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel. The combination of a great location, friendly service, and that incredible view made it a worthwhile experience. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of Eastwood City and prioritize convenience and a great view, this hotel is definitely worth considering. Just be mindful of your phone's magnetic prowess if you're carrying your keycard nearby!"
