Hotels with Breakfast in Quezon City

My partner and I had a really great stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. When we had an issue with the air conditioning, they quickly assisted us and offered a room transfer right away, which we really appreciated. Everything felt well-managed, and we were able to relax and enjoy our time together. One small suggestion we have is about the food. It was good, but we think it would be even better if the hotel could offer a buffet during certain times. Having more options to choose from would make dining more convenient and enjoyable for guests.

We had a wonderful stay at Privato Hotel. The location was perfect for us.. only about a 3-minute walk to the wedding venue we attended, which made everything very convenient. What impressed us the most was the excellent service provided by the staff. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and accommodating, from the security guards to the front desk team and housekeeping staff. They were always ready to assist with a smile. We also appreciated how quickly our requests were fulfilled, such as providing extra coffee, sugar, creamer, and a garment steamer. Most importantly, they honored my special room request for a room near the bride and close to the elevator, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. Thank you, Privato Hotel, for the exceptional hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

Would not recommend staying at this hotel. When we checked into our room, we found out our bathroom door would not close at all, it would open by itself which is obviously a privacy issue. The towels were black with holes in them and the toilet seat was completely detached from the toilet. We asked for a transfer and so we got transferred to another room in the same category. This second room came with its own problems but mainly a leaking AC. It leaked overnight all over our shoes to the point that there was a puddle in the room. Again we asked for a transfer and the duty manager called Susan I believe offered us a free upgrade so credit given to where credit is due. Susan along side most of the staff were nice and always willing to help out. The breakfast options were very very disappointing, food was cold and very little verity. In terms of location the hotel sits at the crossroads of the two metro lines so its relatively easy getting to and from central manila but still takes about 45 minutes by train and 90 minutes by taxi.

This was my second stay at Hotel DreamWorld Cubao, and it continues to be my go-to spot! Location-wise, it’s super convenient if you’re attending an event at the New Frontier Theater or anywhere around Araneta City—it's just a short, easy walk, which was an absolute lifesaver after a long, exciting fancon. The room was comfortable, clean, and provided a quiet space to rest and recharge after screaming my lungs out for Pond and Phuwin. The staff were accommodating, check-in was smooth as always, and the room Wi-Fi worked well. If you're looking for an accessible, budget-friendly place to stay for concerts and fan meetings in Cubao, DreamWorld is definitely a solid choice. Will definitely be back for future events!

As per couple the room is so nice .. the staff is very friendly.. for comfy experience this is nice.. thank u camelot hotel ❤️

May be the best place I stayed in manila as it's an apartment hotel so you get everything and a gym. Good value. Around the corner from Cuba bus stations and Gateway Mall.. busy area and a little dirty
