GGuest UserLocation is excellent, just 3-5 mins walk to North Edsa MRT station and Trinoma and SM North Edsa Mall area where a lot of food and shopping options are available. Solaire North and Seda Vertis is a little less than 10-15 mins walk for some gaming and world-class bar and dining options. Also perfect for a stopover for those using Clark International airport as their Premium Point-to-Point express bus service terminal is located just beside Trinoma Mall. Check in and check out were smooth and crew are all friendly.

Great Value and Comfort in the Heart of QC!
I had a wonderful stay at Go Hotel Timog! The location is super convenient — close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The room was clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious for the price. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made for a relaxing sleep.
Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were fast and hassle-free. I also appreciated the strong Wi-Fi connection — perfect for work and streaming.
If you’re looking for an affordable yet quality stay in Quezon City, Go Hotel Timog is definitely a top choice. Will surely book again!
MMarlon BatingaWe wanted a place close to Templo Central, for our convenience to attend worship service in Templo! Microtel was very close to Templo, just a few steps away!
GGuest UserIf you want to avoid traffic and your occasion to attend or activities are just around Metro Manila, just go for the Pasay area. QC, where this hotel is located, will cost so much of your time. Another thing, they suggest doing an early process of checking in. I mean, we arrived early, but since it’s not 2pm yet, we left for a walk to roam in a mall instead of waiting, so they suggested just leaving an ID so the moment we arrive, we will get the key already. It turned out they haven’t made it ready yet. I am disappointed that we still have to wait. I don’t get the point of suggesting.
TTracing the TraceysThe room was spacious and the beds were very clean and comfortable. The location is away from most of the busy area so we really rested well after a long trip with typhoon tailing us…there’s a 7-11 nearby and other restaurants about 20 minutes away. Quite far really. Their breakfast is plated with very limited options . For the price you pay here, you’re already getting buffet in other hotels. Not complaining, just stating facts from experience.
As the pictures show, they have hotel slippers that were way too small for my husband 😅. The lobby area is quite spacious while waiting for us to get checked in. They were so considerate and allowed us to check in early.
GGuest UserLocation is near from shopping mall. Very convenient and accessible. For the price if you are looking for the cheapest one without spend a lot of money then its a good choice specially if you are looking for sleeping room only. The staffs are all polite and willing to help. You must try🤗
BBukoolOur stay at Summit Hotel Magnolia was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a seamless check-in process. The hotel’s elegant decor and serene ambiance immediately set the tone for a relaxing and luxurious experience.
The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the large windows offered stunning views of the city skyline.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Everyone, from the front desk to the restaurant team, went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to assist with any request.
The dining experience at the hotel’s restaurant was delightful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the in-room dining was both convenient and flavorful.
The location of Summit Hotel Magnolia is another major plus. It’s conveniently situated near major attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city.
Overall, Summit Hotel Magnolia exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is an excellent choice. We were there for The Corrs concert in Smart Araneta Center. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to return!
SSwitChinitaI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, close to shops.
The only area for improvement would be the breakfast selection, which could offer a bit more variety. Overall, a pleasant experience — I would definitely stay here again!
MMichael James AriolaI had a good stay at Residence Hotel in Cubao. The location is very convenient, with easy access to transport, malls, and restaurants.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. While the facilities are a bit basic, it’s still great value for the price.
Overall, it’s a solid and affordable place to stay in Cubao.
EEjgrl90The staff was super friendly, but there were a lot of amenties described here that were not available, such as the pool and gym. Our AC in the room wouldnt turn on initially as well, and I had to ask someone to come in to get it to start (apparently there wasnt enough batteries in the AC remote!)
Also, the front of the hotel was undergoing construction, so they couldn't provide us with a place to park, which was inconvenient. On top of this, I have asked for late checkout the night before, which the front desk person said it would be possible since the hotel was a bit empty, but the next morning, the person on the front desk insisted we needed to pay PHP 450/hour for late checkout. Overall though, I liked the room and the night shift front desk and would definitely want to visit again once construction is done.
