"I was disappointed with my stay at Go Hotels North EDSA. The room didn't provide basic amenities that many hotels normally include. There were no slippers, and essential toiletries like a toothbrush weren't provided, which was inconvenient. The Wi-Fi was another major issue. The signal was very weak and unreliable, making it difficult to browse the internet or get any work done. Overall, the stay didn't meet my expectations because of the lack of basic amenities and the poor Wi-Fi connection. I hope the management improves these areas to provide a better experience for future guests"

There is also a 7/11 on the GF of the building if you need to buy any neccessities. Food deliveries are also very convenient as you can instruct the riders to leave it in the lobby and the receptionist will receive it for you, so you aren't rushed to go downstairs."

"We mostly stay in this hotel whenever we have a family staycation. The location is very accessible to all our needs to have fun. The pool is very nice, my kids enjoy it very much. however during our last stay, i found some changes already, the comforter, are no longer thick. and we had technical interruption, we cant watch anything from the TV, the connections are down they said. although wifi was still working, but I used to enjoy watching Tv during hotel stays, that is why this is very important to me, but the connections was down all night, and it came back the following day, morning, before 9am. and that was the same day we are checking out already. that dissapointed me. but overall our stay was very good. the staff and crew were very nice. the room and facilities are clean. We will still come back to this hotel and will still recommend it."

"Ok naman, pagcheck in lang medyo may konting problem. With the only Frontdesk Lady na sobra kong paborito paycheck in ko. Because she is the only Receptionist na pag Papasok ako sa Harts I always have to transfer kasi may Problema sa Room. I'm a regular customer of these Establishment kaya halos lahat kakilala at kabiruan ko na pero namumukod tangi sya na napakahirap kausapin at pakiusapan sa tinagal tagal ko na customer ng Harts. Anyways, tnx na din for a good rest"

"Above all, I appreciate Red Planet Cubao's location, about 250 m from the Araneta/Alimall and SM shopping & restaurant district, and close enough to onward transportation. It is an economical go-to stay when I come in from the airport. Though the room is small, the amenities spartan (ie. no water, coffee or true shower shampoo provided), the bed is comfortable, the room is clean, and there is a convenience store 30 m away. The price is right for a traveller on a budget, and for the domestic market."
