"Hotel lobby on the 23rd floor, while hotel room was on 8th floor. Quite inconvenient during check in and check out. Insisted on deposit, could not be waived. There was no power outlet at the desk area, and no electrical extension board was available. Unable to use my laptop for long. Shower area had no curtains, so water was everywhere. Only 2 small bottles of water, which was not replenished on the next day. Plus side, good location near many restaurants."
