Had one of the best hotel experiences here.... I can't decide where to book and decided to stay here after reading good reviews and we were very happy with our stay... (Booked another room, so don't be surprised if some parts of this review sound familiar 😉) We truly felt the ”alagang Filipino” (Filipino hospitality) throughout our stay—from the moment we arrived until we checked out,... Our room was clean and well-equipped with toiletries, soft towels, bathrobes, disposable slippers, an iron and ironing board, a microwave, mini fridge, electric kettle, and complimentary coffee and tea, which were replenished daily..... What I loved the most was the buffet breakfast -- everything we tried was delicious..... it mainly featured Filipino breakfast favorites such as beef tapa, fried dried fish, corned beef, and a variety of pickled side dishes (see the photos for reference),... The rice was always cooked perfectly (just the way I like it😍), and there were consistently two options available—plain rice and a flavored rice that changed daily.... They also had other breakfast options, including Western dishes --- plus they offered eggs cooked to your preference, bacon or iced coffee... The hotel also has a swimming pool open until 9:00 PM and a 24-hour gym,.... My only wish is that the pool was heated --- It rained on and off during our stay, making the water quite cold.... I gave it a try and enjoyed it, although I couldn't stay in for very long because the water was getting too cold (but really depends on your tolerance for cold water)... The reception is located on the 7th floor, and the seating can be limited when there are many guests or events -- it would also be nice to have a waiting area with chairs on the ground floor for guests waiting for their rides... Overall, all the staff were incredibly hospitable, kind, and accommodating -- If you want to experience genuine Filipino hospitality and delicious Filipino food, I highly recommend this hotel✔️👌💯

The sheets and towels were spotless and soft, and the bathroom had no water stains or odors. Every day, I returned to a fresh and pleasant environment, which made my stay feel very secure and comfortable. 📍 Location The hotel boasts an excellent location, with convenience stores, restaurants, and a subway station nearby. It was incredibly convenient for both visiting city attractions and business errands. Throughout my four-day stay, transportation was never an issue, saving me a lot of commute time. 👩💼 Service Quality From check-in to check-out, every staff member was friendly and eager to help. A special thanks to the front desk staff who patiently answered our questions and even proactively recommended a few local eateries popular with residents – truly thoughtful service. 🛋 Facilities & Room Despite being a standard room, the space was very well laid out. The king-size bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep, and amenities like a desk, luggage rack, and safe were all provided. The air conditioning and hot water were consistent, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong enough for both work and relaxation. I was very satisfied. Overall, my four-night stay completely exceeded expectations and offered exceptional value for money! The next time I visit this city, I will definitely return without hesitation and sincerely recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation 👍

There was a problem with the toilet overflowing from the base. It smelled a bit, so I contacted the front desk and they cleaned it right away. However, since it was a malfunction of the toilet, I received another cleaning service, and it was an old issue, so the back of the toilet was stained brown with grime. Other than that, everything else was great. The shopping mall and concert venue were very close. The prices at the shopping mall are pretty much the same as in Korea. A bowl of ramen costs over 10,000 won, and drinks are typically 5,000-6,000 won. They barely sell any plain food. There are no salad specialty stores, and even sandwiches are mayo-based by default, so I struggled with the food more than expected. This isn't really hotel-related, but I'm leaving it for those who are coming for events. I accidentally booked a cheap hotel far away and stayed there for a day, but my condition worsened, so I couldn't stay there anymore. I quickly moved here and found peace. It was clean, pleasant, and cool enough even without turning on the air conditioning, by my standards. The front desk service was also good. There's a Starbucks on the first floor and a Muji Cafe on the second floor. The coffee at Muji tasted better and was cheaper. The caffeine was super strong, and it had a big awakening effect on me, but everyone can choose what they like. There are many places to eat. The value for money wasn't great, but I was satisfied because the walking distance was short.

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

Very accessible location and the front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. Overall, the stay was convenient. My only concern was the strong chlorine-like disinfectant smell in the hallway outside the room, which could be improved. Otherwise, good value for a quick stay.

The best thing about Hotel DreamWorld North EDSA is its location. It’s very convenient and close to malls, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to get around. However, the hotel itself was just average. The room was okay but could use better maintenance and updating. Cleanliness and overall comfort could also be improved. The staff were fine, but the overall experience didn’t quite meet my expectations. It’s a decent option if your priority is the location, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Astrotel Cubao: The Ultimate Hub for Convenience If you are looking for a place that is literally in the middle of everything, Astrotel Cubao is a top-tier choice. Its location makes it one of the most accessible budget hotels in Quezon City.  1. Transportation at Your Doorstep The biggest win for this hotel is its proximity to major transit lines. • MRT-3 & LRT-2: You are just a 1 to 3-minute walk from the MRT Cubao Station and about 5–9 minutes from the LRT-2 Gateway Station. This makes traveling across Metro Manila incredibly easy. • Bus Terminals: Since it’s near EDSA, you are walking distance to provincial bus terminals like Partas and Isarog, which is perfect if you’re heading out of town.  2. Shop & Dine with Ease You don’t have to go far for food or errands. The hotel is surrounded by the Araneta City hub:  • Malls: Farmers Plaza is practically next door, while Gateway Mall, Ali Mall, and SM Cubao are all within a 5 to 10-minute walk.  • 24/7 Access: There are convenience stores and fast-food chains right outside the entrance, so grabbing a late-night snack is never a problem.  3. A Comfortable & Thematic Stay The stay itself is very convenient because: • Themed Rooms: They have fun, ”galaxy-inspired” rooms that give the place a unique vibe. • Great Service: Guests often praise the staff for being very accommodating—they even offer free room upgrades when available!  • Amenities: You get the essentials like strong WiFi, hot and cold showers, and smart TVs in select rooms.

**⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5)** I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall it was an average experience. The room was clean and had the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were polite and accommodating, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The location was convenient and close to nearby shops and restaurants, which was a plus. However, some of the facilities could use improvement. The room showed signs of wear, the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, and the noise from outside could sometimes be heard. For the price, it offers decent value and is suitable for short stays or business trips. While it may not have the comfort and amenities of higher-rated hotels, it provides the essentials for a satisfactory stay.

This hotel hits the mark for a basic, practical stay. It skips the luxury frills of higher-end hotels, but it delivers on cleanliness, location, and affordability. Perfect for short trips or budget-conscious travelers who just need a reliable place to sleep and recharge.

May be the best place I stayed in manila as it's an apartment hotel so you get everything and a gym. Good value. Around the corner from Cuba bus stations and Gateway Mall.. busy area and a little dirty
