I booked a river view room and found a huge cockroach on the wall next to my bed at 1 a.m. The landlady asked me what to do. I said how do I know what to do? So I brought a bottle of insecticide... The hygiene was really poor. The landlady said she didn't put the cockroaches in the room, and there seemed to be nothing wrong with her.
