The Hilton Santa Marta was a great experience. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The location is great! It's close to the airport and Zazue Plaza which is full of restaurants and little shops.
The rooms were spacious, super clean and luxurious. The beds were very comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was wonderful.
We loved the breakfast buffet each morning. Room service was also very tasty.
The pool on the second floor was the perfect temperature and offered an amazing view. I didn't use the rooftop pool but walked up there to see the spectacular views.

Its the second time I stayed in the same hotel snd in general is ok, the private beach could be bigger and they have constructions next to the building so my view wasnt that great. Its a little far from down town

Staff is not friendly. The guy working at the beach door was extremely rude and unwilling to help with a beach bed.
Good breakfast. Gym could be better equipped.

The room was well selected with a nice view, the breakfast was very good, and the breakfast service was also very good. I just didn't expect that when I woke up, there were a lot of bumps on my lower limbs outside my nightgown! It was obviously not caused by mosquitoes, and the bedding was unclean! I didn't expect it in a five-star hotel. I called their nurse to apply medicine once, and promised to send the medicine to the room for follow-up, but there was no follow-up...

Beautiful hotel!! Modern and very nice and comfortable rooms!! Location I can't tell you because I didn't leave the hotel so I couldn't locate myself!! Since I was there on a Monday and Tuesday, the hotel was deserted, which lacked the atmosphere of the people. I didn't like the beach very much.
