Hotels near Binlang River Hot Springs in Sanya

This was the second time I stayed here. The room is a well furnished, spacious room with a large bathroom. The staff took a long time with check in, the first staff member didn’t seem to know what to do. They could not speak English. But the staff were generally friendly and very helpful. The swimming pool is in the grounds of the sister hotel across the road. Good location close to Dadonghai beach. Good value

From my client: I stayed in the modern part of the hotel on the 13th floor. The view was stunning, the room was huge, and there were many amenities inside. The strangest thing was that the room lacked a refrigerator and kitchen utensils. In December (during my stay), the pool was completely closed, and there was no information about it. In fact, you find out about it not at the reception, but at the pool itself. As an experienced traveler who always moves around on my own, the hotel's location was quite advantageous. There are many small cafes nearby, a long beach, a beautiful wooden promenade, and several public transport stops, which are a 5-15 minute walk away. The hotel has private parking, which is convenient if you have rented a car. What can I say about breakfast? The reception and breakfast restaurant are located in the old part of the hotel. There is little lighting, the decor is old, and there is little aesthetic appeal. The cuisine is Chinese with elements of European food. Tourists who bought package tours and stayed in this part of the hotel had much worse rooms (the rooms were not renovated at all, the carpets were old, the wall paint was not great) than I did, who booked accommodation through this app. I would like to separately mention the work of the staff. The employees only speak Chinese, and they have no desire to assist you if you are a foreigner because they seem shocked and totally confused by you. Upon check-in, they did not provide any additional gifts that were provided by Trip.com when purchasing accommodation. As they say, the law there is one: if you need something, you have to insist on it using a Chinese translator and supporting documents. By the way, upon check-in, you have to leave a deposit, and most importantly, keep the deposit receipt so that you can get it back later.

Such a pleasant stay. Service was good, pool was perfect for children and the elderly. Incredibly close to the beach. Breakfast good as well. Loved it here and would love to stay again.

The room was nice and clean. We got a free minibar in the first day (2 cola and 2 sprite). We got other gifts from Trip.com but didnt use it because not enough time. The beach is near from the hotel just a few min walks. There were many restaurant near the hotel like KFC, Pizza hut, chinese food, etc.

Grace did a great job as butler for our stay at Atlantis Sanya Hotel. We are very happy with her service. Hotel amenities were fantastic, and customer service went above and beyond when we had issues with the air conditioning in our room. We will certainly stay again!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There were a lot of options for room service. The pool was great! Unfortunately there were some negatives. My room was close to an AC outlet so it could be noisy when you sit on the balcony. The noise insulation was not great: there were children running around on my corridor so it was difficult to sleep. I could hear every door slam on my floor. It is worth noting that the hotel does not have a beach so the views aree awesome but I couldn't sit on and swim at the beach. Definitely a good hotel for families. Maybe not so much if you want to do things within walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel is very nice and wonderful for a relaxing holiday near the beach. Yalong Bay has a great sandy beach with lots of water sports activities. It is the right place for a quite stay with a family or children. The hotel is also great for a relaxing stay. The breakfast is amazing and the hotel personal is super friendly and helpful. The outdoor swimming pools and gym are another plus of the hotel. I in particular enjoyed the Yoga course with the amazing coach there! If someone is more interested in vibrant night life the Yalong Bay may possibly be too quite there. The bar in the hotel was often closed before the announced closing time. I also felt it was a bit strange that is not allowed to use the pools after 6 pm. Even when I go to swim in the sea at my own risk after 6 pm there came a guard and asked me to leave the water. All this is a typical hotel focused on families with children. Still I enjoyed my stay very much !

Easy check-in & check-out, friendly staff, clean room with complete facilities. The hotel located at the superb location, 5 min walk distance to JieFangLu and 2km to the popular First Market. We have a great stay at Holiday Inn Express Sanya Bay.

Before I arrived I am satisfied with the advanced calling for my preferences and it’s nice to add my butler’s Wechat in advance. However, my butler didn’t give me any greetings when I arrived at hotel and the some staff at front desk didn’t have good training when I check in because they didn’t remind me to verify my info and asked me to go back to the lobby to do that when I have arrived my room already actually my room was so far from the lobby!!! At night I found a black spot under my bed and housekeeper said its sesame I’m quite surprised for such big sesame… After I expressed my feelings to the duty mgr Mr. Hensen Feng, he patiently replied me for these terrible experience one by one and he offered me satisfactory solutions and these plans are creditable including the FnB vouchers. I admired that, simultaneously he communicated with his colleagues after my complaints right now and housekeeping depar**ent offered me a gift as compensation. As a member of IHG, although my experience was particularly terrible at the beginning of my journey, I stiil admired the mgr s and their high work efficiency and good service attitude .
