Stayed in a villa with its own pool, so relaxing and comfortable. The hotel was pretty clean. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of western food, they had nice variety of breads, croissants, cheese, salami, eggs, etc.. and had a nice coffee machine to make lattes and expresso. The beach is just across the street and only takes a few minutes to walk over. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Всём здравствуйте! Долго выбирали пляж и отель, остановили свой выбор на Pullman. Сам отель имеет большенство вилл, расположенных на довольно большой территории. Номера всего в двух корпусах. Людей много, но тихо и спокойно. Наш номер был на первом этаже с выходом в бассейн, что очень удобно и рано утром и вечером. Номер большой, терраса, лежачем, пара ступенек и бассейн. Бассейн достаточно большой, плавали на сапе, правда стоя на коленях. Уборка неплохая, горничные чаевые не берут. Завтраки отличные, есть блюда европейской кухни. Отель находится на второй линии, до моря идти минут 15-20. Рядом с отелем есть где покушать, но мы ездили на площадь Ялунбей, там и выбор побогаче, и цены демократичнее. Рекомендую!

I just want to say that this hotel is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. The entire hotel service staff is very enthusiastic, especially the beautiful Gina at the front desk. She is really considerate and helped me a lot. Moreover, the hotel environment is really good, and the various perspectives are great. You can see the mountain view and the sea view. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, powerful network, and a very clean bathroom. The room attendants are enthusiastic and greeted proactively. Parking is convenient, the parking lot is large, and it is also very convenient to wash clothes. The washing machine in the room has a drying function, and the swimming pool is also very large. My daughter likes it very much. I will stay at Ascott when I come to Sanya in the future.

Facilities: relatively new, mainly very reasonable, such as a folding rack for drying clothes on the balcony, a desk, and a sofa table; Hygiene: Very clean, including the swimming pool, which is extremely clean and the water is extremely clear; Environment: Right in the Wetland Park, close to the city, and super satisfied with the swimming pool; Service: The front desk is very welcoming. The entrance was supposed to be at 2 o'clock, but I arrived after one o'clock. I was upgraded to a room for free. I'm happy. The most important thing is that the price/performance ratio is very high. None of the five-star 1680 hotels I booked before are as good as here. I stayed for two nights and had to leave. I really couldn’t bear to leave the big swimming pool. I also found a coach and learned how to breathe breaststroke and swim in the swimming pool. It’s been a long time, and the coach is really great! I’ll stay here again next time I come!

Everything was absolutely blissful. It takes roughly 40 minutes from Sanya International Airport by taxi, the check-in process was simple and smooth. Breakfast hours are quite extensive (from 06.30 - 11.00am), the selection varies slightly everyday and is huge in total. The amenities are well maintained, different swimming pools to choose from, the gym is clean showcases different machines. My room got upgraded, which was very much appreciated! Since I visited during off-season, it was fairly quiet and only a few people were lounging around the pool during the day. The hotel location also allows for a quick stroll along the beachside into the main tourist center. Overall I would definitely recommend the hotel and are genuinely thankful for the hospitality shown to me!

Excellent hotel and good value for money. Rooms are large, swimming pool is very nice with kids pool and adult one, the kids playground in the villa area is terrific, the location is perfect (5 minutes walk to a shopping center with restaurants, 5 minutes walk to beach, 5 minutes walk to a food street with night market). The style is also pretty (white and pink flowers on the hotel walls). Small negative note: the restaurant in hotel (buffet) is a bit expensive even though the wall aquarium is nice and food seems very good quality. An “a la carte” option would be nice for small families that doesn’t especially want to go with expensive buffet. Also no bar in hotel opened after 8pm.

I am here for tourism, and I found a hotel temporarily. The environment is very good, the breakfast buffet is delicious, and the environment is good. I like the atmosphere in the lobby very much, and the office is very comfortable. The restaurant on the third floor has a good view, and it is very nice for breakfast or dinner.
