It was okay, nothing special. The location is good and convenient for getting around, with plenty of shops nearby. It's a recommended choice for tourists due to the easy transportation. The hotel is relatively new, but the facilities are just average.
The hotel is in a prime location with a beautiful environment. It is close to Pike Place, the ferry terminal, and the coastal sightseeing road. The rooms are well-equipped, with good views, and the service is warm and thoughtful. In particular, the handsome waiter can speak a few words in Chinese. He enthusiastically introduced the hotel and the surroundings to us. When he saw us buying a bouquet of flowers, he immediately gave us a vase for us to put in. This hotel is worth recommending.
The biggest problem is that the wooden base of the bed is very sharp, and there is a passage less than one meter away next to it, so it is easy to get hit on the legs. Our family of three was hit more than once. If someone is using the office chair next to it, you will probably get hit if you don't walk sideways. (As shown in the picture). The front desk was reluctant to serve us, and their expression was very reluctant. The water for the shower was not hot enough.
The service here lives up to the standards of Lavande Hotels. However, it's right next to a highway, and the noise at night was unbearable. I didn't get any sleep the first night, so I immediately requested a room facing away from the highway. The service was quick, and they helped me switch rooms right away. But even with the window closed, the rooms on the back side couldn't block out the traffic noise from the highway at night. If you're sensitive to noise at night, I'd advise against staying here.
The hotel is conveniently located, with Monorail and Light Rail around 5 mins walk. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are many F&B options in the hotel.
A historic hotel with a large enough room, divided into two areas: living room and bedroom. The location is also convenient, and you can walk to the famous Pike Place Market and its surroundings. The front desk service is also very good. We arrived at the hotel at 12 noon, and normally check in at 4 pm, but when we asked about parking, we were arranged to check in as there was a room available. The experience was very good and it will be my first choice next time I go to Seattle.
Location is unbeatable, and if you get a room with a view it’s an an unbeatable place to stay on a budget. I’ve stayed here more than once due to the location, how quiet it is overall, and the upkeep of the rooms. The gym could use some love, but let’s face it. we aren’t really at a hotel for the gym but it does the job!
I visited with my family. The lobby desk staff was so friendly and I felt good. I also had breakfast at the restaurant below because I used my destination fee points. They were friendly and the food was good. The location was relatively safer than the market area, so I liked it.
Sheraton Grand Seattle has a great downtown location, spacious room, and various amenities. The hotel is located right next to the convention center and few blocks to the downtown shopping / dining. The room is spacious for four of us with enough space to open our luggage and we did not feel cramped. On a higher floor, we had a nice city view. The hotel is updated and has a large lobby, Starbucks, a wine bar, restaurants, and fitness center/pool. We arrived in the early morning and was lucky to get an early check-in. The staff we encountered was nice and helpful and we had a good experience overall.
The hotel charges a destination fee that offers $20 dining credit to use in bar/Starbucks/selected restaurants and $10 Uber credit. Maybe because most people spend their $20 credits on Starbucks, the line was very long in the morning (~20 minutes). I would suggest going earlier or later to avoid the long line.
Our stay at this hotel was simply outstanding! From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the staff's attention to detail made our experience truly exceptional. Highly recommended for a luxurious and comfortable stay!
