Convenient for travellers who reach airport late or need early connecting flights. It's the best place to stay instead of capsule hotels. The transfer is free from Tune Hotel KLIA2 & Tune Hotell Aeropolis. I'll stay at this hotel again when needed.

This average hotel , there is nothing special is this hotel however this hotel provides pick and drop services from the hotel so I book this hotel. Despite that when I arrive to the airport and make call many times but they didn’t receive my call, in addition I wrote a message and inform them that we will arrive on the specific but unfortunately they didn’t come to pick me up. Wifi is it is not working Not good experience

Location was strategic, next to it is mall.. convenient… but don’t compared to those hotel in city centre.. it’s good budget hotel with cost effectively and conveniences..

From the moment we entered the hotel lobby, we were impressed. The interior decor was luxurious yet warm and inviting. The family room that we booked was spacious and clean with comfortable king bed and linens. The room was overlooking the Masjid Besi Putrajaya which had a fabulous view. There is a kettle, a small fridge and a large TV which we loved. The bathroom was nicely decorated with unique tiles. They provided plush towels and top of the line toiletry sets which they would replace every day.

Location - its not near any major areas in KL. But good if you need to be around Kajang/Bangi Service - Counter Staff is friendly Cleanliness - some bathrooms are cleaner. The bathroom i got this time is a little bit mouldy on some spots. Room floor is clean, except for the corners and under the bed, they are considerably dusty. But overall acceptable cleanliness. Amenities - no extra amenities. No hairdryer - bring your own if you need one. Must bring earplugs- any rooms with windows will be able to hear the traffic very loudly.

The front desk service is also very good, not bad, there is a free airport drop-off service, the breakfast is okay, the room is very new, but there is no drinking water 😂😂, and the public area in the corridor is not found either.

I recently stayed at the Airport Transit Hotel Tune Hotel KLIA T2 in Sepang, Malaysia. The location is a solid 5 stars, perfect for transit passengers. While cleanliness scored 3.5 due to aging towels and bedding, the staff's friendliness at 4.5 made my stay pleasant. It's great value for money (4 stars), especially for two or more guests. The facilities (4.5 stars), including a hairdryer and water dispenser, add convenience. A highlight is the 4.5-star breakfast buffet starting at 6 am, and the free shuttle service to KLIA T1 is a thoughtful touch.

We chose this hotel for the 1 night we are spending at KL because we had an early flight the next day and this hotel is 10mins away from KLIA. There is nothing around the hotel. No eateries or activities to do except for the amenities in the hotel. It is nonetheless a clean and huge hotel. Rooms are normal.

We check in this hotel on 16/9/2022 for 1 night for wedding event nearby. It was a late check in due to traffic jam from Johor. The hotel look grant from outside. The room was quite spacious. Before check in, we already call the reception to inform that we have an handicap driver who need a parking lot near to the lobby. For your info, their parking lot is located on the opposite building, multi-storey which is inconvenience for us. The receiption do give us approval to park outdoor. But when we reach the hotel, the security did not allow us to park. Even tho we did told him that we already got the approval. We have to go to the reception again, show them the prove, then the security let us park. But from the security movement and the way he look at us as if we making a crime. So terrible. It was raining day on that day, but was disappointed as no one from the hotel staff assist us with our luggages and things. Enter the room, when we wanted to use the toilet urgently, towel bowl was stained and cannot flush off. Called the room service, technician took about 20-30mins to repair. 4G internet and wifi access was very slow. In the evening, and during check out the next day, the same security kept looking at us and our vehicle. I understand that they are doing their job but please know that we didn't park there illegally. On the day of check-out, we called the reception to check whether can we request for late check-out, but instead of getting a late check-out, reception make us to check-out earlier which is before 12(the standard timing of checking out) If you are looking for a spacious room and decent area, you can come over to this hotel but if you are looking for overall good service and convenient, don't visit this hotel. You will disappoint yourself, just like i do.

Enviroment -Surrounding was clean and follow all the SOP out by goverment, tempereture taking and hand sanitizer was provided at the enterence and every outlets, Good practise and you feel confident. Reception -For positive feed back from me I would like to thank you to front office team especially to one of the handsome men staff his name on his name tag (Azam) for arranged my check in process even busy n have a long queue line they can managed the ship craked situation. Housekepping -Room was clean and the staff gave us good services even it is little outdated. Restaurant -Negatively. I want to make a food order and try to call the line Mya restaurant via a phone room press ”0” for so many times did not answer my call .. that is unbelievable. i try call again and again. Unfortunatly we can get it. very disappointed. Please we will paid for the food cost not for begging for free !!! So u should take care of ur customer needed.. pls alert with phone call did you heard or not.. please train your staff properly.. this is my second time visit at Dash Box Hotel Cyberjaya but servis not good as i get for 1st time in 2019. i hope top Management will take this as a important issue when it come to this!!!
