先説衞生情況，房間裏到處都能看到灰塵和污漬，衞生間的角落甚至還有黴斑，讓人感覺極其不整潔。
環境方面更是糟糕，瀰漫著一股難聞的氣味。窗外的景色毫無美感可言，不是嘈雜的街道就是破敗的建築。
服務衹能説一般，工作人員態度冷淡，辦理入住和退房手續時效率低下，對於客人的需求響應不及時，也沒有展現出應有的熱情和專業。
設施陳舊不堪，電視畫質模糊，空調製冷效果差，傢俱磨損嚴重，甚至有些門鎖都已經損壞，使用起來十分不便。
總之，這家酒店在衞生、環境、服務和設施方面都存在嚴重的問題，完全不值得推薦。希望酒店能儘快改進，提升品質，否則很難留住客人。

每次路過邢台必定住在這裏，交通便利，環境優雅，衞生條件好，服務一流，拾金不昧，有一次落下的手機充電器小姐姐都給郵寄回來了，有時候出差隔着幾十公里都會趕到這裏住下
