very cool hotel, having a good service and having a lot of facilities around hotels.The room also big and clean. And all of the staff can speak english fluently. I recommend the Mala store beside the hotel that was the best thing i have taste in Shanghai. 💕🔥

Lift shared with other occupants of the building making it a long wait sometimes . Nearby to many eateries and can get breakfast behind. walking distance to the nanjing pedestrian street in 5 mins.

Great location, within close proximity to Nanjing just across the road. Hotel is within a residential/commercial building, anyone can access even though there is a facial recognition gantry. Room is big but not a bit old.

Wow is located just on the next street to Nanjing Walking Street, so location wise it’s extremely convenient and accessible to many food options and shopping 👍
The room has no physical windows but it doesn’t really matter as the room is beautifully and tastefully decorated and suitable for solo travellers like me. I had privacy and the face recognition system makes it very convenient too 👍

Location is convenient, surrounded by variety of restaurants.
About 5mins walk to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street.
Face recognition system at hotel lobby.
However, noticed a hair on the bedsheet when enter the room on first day.

Hotel is walking distance from Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. Service of the various staff was good except that it's slow during peak hours due to lack of manpower. Lift lobby was often crowded since it's shared with other residents.
