Mia at Edition was just amazing, very attentive to customer service. I have to thank the front desk for the update, just love the loft room. You can’t go wrong with Edition, especially their hospitality. Had a really enjoyable stay. Location was extremely convenient, right in the heart of East Nanjing Road, a stone throw to the Bund. Highly recommended.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Shanghai Edition. Having stayed in a few hotels in Shanghai, I think this has one of the best location as it’s situated right in the middle of Nanjing Road. The hotel and room designs are warm and sophisticated but not over the top. The room looks very new and is well maintained.
The warm service we received during the stay was commendable. Mia was very helpful and we were able to contact her via WeChat during our stay for any help needed. Shoutout to one of the staff at the rooftop bar (didnt manage to get his name) for his amazing service and generosity during our visit too.
Perhaps the only thing below expectation was the hotel breakfast. Recommend to book without breakfast and enjoy the good food around shanghai.
Would definitely want to return here again next time:)

Prime location near The Bund with excellent service and amenities. However, the lobby and lift lighting were too dim for comfort. The overall experience was fantastic.

If you're looking for a hotel to stay in Shanghai, I highly recommend the EDITION Hotel. The Bund View rooms offer an exceptional view, and the hotel is conveniently located near the Bund, making it easy to explore the area. What truly made this trip special, however, was the attentive and warm 1:1 escort service provided by Collin. He meticulously handled all my requests through WeChat, from dry cleaning and restaurant reservations to food delivery, always with a friendly smile. His professional attitude and thoughtful care ensured that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. If I stay here again, I would love to receive Collin's escort service once more. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
