The hotel is very new and the staffs are super friendly, especially Cyrus Pan who did helped me a lot of some miscellaneous things though the stay just only 1 night. Room is clean and spacious. The restaurant served amazing food with much comfortable environment than restaurant in the ancient town. I can say a hotel must stay in Shangrila and definitely I would return if visit to Shangrila again.
