The location of the hotel is excellent, only 5 minutes walk from the subway station, for people who rely on the subway. On the day of check-in, the service of the front desk staff peach really doubled my impression. From the patience and meticulousness during check-in, to the enthusiasm and professionalism when answering various questions, every detail makes people feel full of sincerity. In an instant, I improved my first impression of this hotel. The layout of the room is also very reasonable, the overall style is simple but comfortable, and it can make people relax quickly during the tired journey as soon as they enter the house. The living experience is quite good. But the room cleaning operation was confusing. The next night I returned to the hotel and found that the roll paper was only a little bit unrefilled, the bed was not laid, and the dental appliances in the cup were gone. Called the front desk to ask about the cleaning process, the front desk explained that the bed was generally not laid, afraid of moving the guests' things, this is the first time I encountered this practice, and I didn't put any personal items on the bed. But since there is such a sense of boundaries, how can I deal with the guests' toothbrushes without authorization? The front desk couldn't answer this, but asked the little robot to make up for me.
