設施：老酒店了，設施雖然看着一般，但住着舒服，就是衞生間太小，電話用不習慣
衞生：還行
環境：很好，大廳看着很舒服
服務：吐槽一下前台的小姐姐，辦理入住時都給提醒了不要過人臉識別非得過，過也就算了，派出所三塊一條到這兒收五塊的費用屬於強制消費且欺騙消費者還曝露客人私隱；第二天吃早餐的時候看着種類不多，主打吃飽就行，唯一不足就是煮麪的大姐服務態度不好，希望貴酒店加強培訓員工的服務意識。

神木少有的有外賓接待能力的酒店，地理位置非常棒，在繁華的人民廣場旁；前台也很棒，漂亮又熱情，給了我們一個房號帶發發發的安靜房間；房內設施齊全，有電腦（雖然人們現在用的少，但可見當時配置之高）冰箱、保險櫃，我最滿意的就是布草，羽絨被蓋着很爽歪歪，浴巾什麼的很新，摸一下就知道不是便宜貨。因為是春節幾天住客少，所以早餐不是自助的了，是送到房間的牛奶麪包雞蛋，這個有丟丟失望了，因為入住前就很期待他的早餐呢……
結合價位，都想一直住下去呢～～總體好評好評～～
