首先，地處奧體中心地鐵站與天成街地鐵站之間，雙地鐵去哪裡都方便，而且離奧林匹克中心以及渾河邊很近，去看CBA、演唱會、河邊溜達都很方便，高層景色很開闊。其次，超越同行的地方是，各種小細節做得很棒，有一次性擦臉巾、馬桶墊、洗衣液、小咖啡，投影效果很棒，觀影體驗很好，一進屋就有很舒適安心的感覺。房東姐姐也很熱情。

全家出遊在瀋陽玩了2天，沒訂到雙床房，讓老闆加的沙發床也非常舒服，房間很乾凈，配的東西也很全，周邊還有渾河夜市可以逛，非常不錯
服務非常貼心，會主動下樓幫我們指引停車場，拿行李

設施：很齊全，桌子櫃子一樣不少，關鍵是還有泡茶喝茶具，這個讓人有點驚喜。

帶長者和孩子出來玩，非常開心訂到這麼完美的民宿，距離地鐵站和渾河外灘很近，晚上吃完飯去渾河外灘逛逛也挺不錯的❤️
設施：很齊全，甚至配備了洗衣服防串色的洗衣包
服務：房東姐人美心善，主動幫我拿行李，非常感謝，還給孩子送了小零食
衞生：打擾的很乾凈
環境：環境不錯的，很高級
如果有機會再來瀋陽還會住他家！

房間大小合適，也很乾凈。
浴室 配了一次性毛巾兩條。循環使用浴巾兩條。
還給準備了小袋洗衣液 一次性馬桶墊。老闆是怕客人餓還給準備了小零食，好細心。東北人的熱情與細心在小細節裏體現了。
設施：智能語音控制燈光窗簾等。
