The hotel is beautiful, spacious, and modern with comfortable beds... The staff are super kind and friendly. They also have a small gym which was nice to use. Highly recommend this place.

The Kowloon Hotel was a fantastic experience! The hotel was clean, the service was attentive, and there was free parking. Not only was it a comfortable stay, but I also enjoyed a delicious buffet, a relaxing bath, and the free minibar. It was a fantastic value, and I'll definitely be back.

The hygiene is terrible. The p1 picture is when I just entered the room. I looked for a trash can to throw away the trash, but I found that the hotel aunt hadn't cleaned the trash can. There were also trash left by the previous guest. I was disgusted. I don't know why there were so many black fluffs on the p2p3 sheets and quilts. There was a strong smell when I entered the room. I couldn't get rid of the smell even if I turned on the ventilation and air conditioning. The hygiene of the whole room was a mess.

This time I came to attend the Yashi exhibition and stayed here. It takes about 30 minutes by taxi to the Shenzhen exhibition. The guy and girl at the front desk are very enthusiastic.
