Resort Hotels in Shenzhen

The hotel's location is great, and the staff were attentive. Restaurant was a bit crowded in morning session but we were able to have a table within waiting for more than 5 minutes. The only thing can be improved would be the possible drainage seepage right outside our toilet which resulted in an unpleasant odor. Other than that, wonderful stay and would definitely consider booking here again.

Last time I stayed at this hotel was 12 yrs ago..all furniture was the same including TV and hair dryer! Except the bathroom is updated... It's a good place to stay with great price and excellent location from LohWu station .. especially good food and affordable prices with 2 restaurants. Definitely looking forward to return...

Personally, I suggest that their Chinese cuisine must be experienced once. From taste to service, to price, it is truly indescribable and wonderful. If you don't come and try Chinese cuisine once, it means you have missed one project~ [Surrounding attractions]: Located in the Futian Chegongmiao CBD, there are many office buildings nearby. As soon as you come, you can feel the fast-paced and bustling a**osphere of Greater Shenzhen. Stella has helped us a lot and given me more time to experience!

With the Mtr to Daimuisha in services, it takes only 50 mins from LoWu border to reach the hotel. The hotel is just 3 mins walk from exit B. It is very near to the beach. The hotel reception staff are very nice. We arrived earlier than check in time. They upgraded us to a 2-room suite. The balcony of the room has a very nice view. The shower is strong and warm. They even provide bath salt. There is a shuttle, talking you to the private beach of a nearby hotel of their chain. Very nice view of sunset. I took pictures of sunrise at the balcony too. Our first choice’Regular Room’ was very cold with a small heater inside of it. We tried to get the second one but the duty officer was playing dumb and showing us the second layer of blankets 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️😂😂😂 haha! Then, the lady manager came and very kindly offered us an alternate room in wooden house with a big heater inside. She was very nice and offered a hot coffee to warm up. The stay for kids was amazing. So many attractions are in the park beside. This compensates the old design and furniture of the hotel.

QVilla Hajana on Nan’so beach is one of my favorite spots in the city. The hotel staff are friendly and service-oriented and the rooms are simple but clean. There is a very good Western-style restaurant with beautiful sea views, as well as a more affordable BBQ spot in the main plaza. The beach is top notch - clean, relaxing, and uncrowded. A true gem if you’re looking for a short getaway from the city!

Feel happy to celebrate the 9th ”wedding anniversary” in Mandarin Oriental Hotel, thanks so much for a cake with ”Happy Birthday” printed on it. a bit weird when two staffs came in to decorate WITH their shoes stepping on the carpet of the room apart from that, all the other things are excellent

Strategic location and KK mall is just in the vicinity of St. Regis. Very convenient. Room is neat and tidy with great panoramic view. It is awesome and wonderful. Everyone must enjoy this. A little queue up during check in but it was fine. Front desk staff were polite. But unluckily, the soundproofing of my room (locate as Room No.10) is very bad. I kept hearing the next door come in-and-out with door opening and closing. I understood that it cannot blame the guests but the door hinge doesn't work effectively. It is so ironic that St. Regis aims to provide the guests with good sleeping but the real was not. The sound made my sleep very bad and it was really ruined my stay. Keep avoiding to be allocated the room facing north.

We booked Holdfound based on the pictures provided of the beautiful brown brick beachfront houses for a 2 day stay out of the city. It’s the nicest hotel in the area so we used that to justify the price. However, when we arrived, reception was not very forthcoming and quite cold and were surprised to learn that we were not staying in one of the apartments in the villa but rather a hostel-like grey building. The room was very small - just enough to fit the bed - and the white bedding had some stains on it for the second day after they changed it. The room was strongly bleached as we came back after a day out the second day to find the floors still damp and a strong disinfectant smell that had been mopped through. The balcony was small as well but the views were good from the third floor. We were disappointed as the rooms look significantly bigger in the photos advertised on Trip and they don’t make it significantly clear that you would have to book a villa for one of the apartments in the brown building. More importantly, the restaurant attached below the hotel is very expensive compared to what you can get about 100 paces down the street, which offers the same seafood for a much lower price. We understand that the hotel has capitalized on an area that does not have very much accommodation around, and though they include a beach pass for your stay, the high price for what is a glorified hostel with thin walls and doors and tiny spaces still seems excessive.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Yantian Hotel for 3D2N. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to make my stay unforgettable. The hotel's exceptional staff, good location (just beside One Mall), and good food made it an outstanding experience. The front desk staff efficiently checked me in, making me feel right at home. They were incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests I had throughout my stay. Their personalized service truly went above and beyond my expectations. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. Situated right beside One Mall, with lots of restaurants and indoor playground/games for kids, the hotel was perfect for family travellers like us. Additionally, the hotel provided easy access to public transportation, making it even more convenient for visitors to navigate the area. The rooms were spacious and clean with good sea-view. The housekeeping staff maintained the rooms flawlessly, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment throughout my stay. In conclusion, my time at the Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Yantian Hotel was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yantian. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Yantian Hotel guarantees a memorable experience that exceeds expectations.
