Superbly located accommodation that is flexible on; duration of stay, size and type of room, plus dinning and parking. I chose to stay in the motor inn section and the friendly staff were only too happy to change my online hotel booking on check-in, from the ground level to an excellent upper floor room. The grounds are lovely, with outdoor seating aplenty, as well as a sensational pool area. There is a cafe on-site and car parking is well and truly ample. In this part of Brisbane North, there are many excellent restaurants. And I decided to go with a take-away from the award winning Pizza Plaza at Boondall, washed down with a cheeky Rose Moscato. A very comfortable hotel, not luxurious but very delicate and clean. recommend! It's across a small park from the city hall and it takes less than ten minutes to walk there. The location is very good and it's quiet to sleep in. If your English is not good, you can still communicate by email. You can pick up the keys by yourself. It is very simple. If you arrive at the store after 8pm, you need to contact them by email and give them your passport and credit card photos. They will help you check in in advance. They can rent it for more than 50 Australian dollars at the airport. Walk up a small corridor. There is a small iron box on the wall next to the door. Enter the password and you can get the key. There is a free bus at the door, but it is not needed at all. It is not far from any scenic spots. There are also free boats in this city. At night You can watch the night view, walk around the river, and stop at various places on both sides. On Monday morning, you can see trucks providing food, laundry, and bathing for homeless people at the door. Four times a week, you can also see this kind of charity in the park down the slope at night. Activity is another organization!

Jennifer on reception was hugely helpful; made our stay very easy and smooth after I drove for five hours and my family flew for 24 to get to Brisbane! Apartment was good to prepare easy meals in (Kidman Suite).

Convenient location in Brisbane city. Reception provided great service, was polite and welcoming. We had a warm welcome and a quick, easy and fuss-free check in process. Thank you Vania! (Hope I got her name right) Amazing view from the Sky Lounge located on the 36th floor. However the apartment was slightly dirty. We put up the sign to make up our room but it was not made at all, even when the housekeeping staff was cleaning the room next to ours when we left. We left the hotel to go out in the morning and when we returned at night the ”make up the room” sign was still on our door and the room was exactly as we left it when we went out. Room wasn't made, toiletries weren't replenished.

Recommend if you are looking for a clean and quality place to stay and are a budget traveller. This yha has a very high standard compared to others. It is more like a youth hotel with bunk beds rather than a backpackers place. You also meet travellers of all ages, families and youth groups around the place. The rooms are super tidy and serviced daily, spacious luggage lockers that fit a large suitcase (fantastic!) and are light filled with aircon or windows to be opened. The kitchen is very big, nice rooftop terrace with city views and pool area. Tv lounge and soon it’s own co working hub which I think is a great addition to the concept. Free luggage storage for guests and friendly and helpful staff.

Our one bedroom suite was large, clean and really comfortable. We had views of the river and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, The location is great: it's right near the Howard Smith Wharves with endless restaurants - and the ferry is also a 5 minute walk away. Value for money was also excellent. We will definitely come back here.

This is a great little gem tucked away in Redcliffe - the operator is super friendly and the lodgings are very clean and comfortable. A lovely shared deck overlooking the pool is a great way to end a long day. Continental breakfast includes - basic cereal and toast etc. was fine for us - but a cooked breakfast also seemed to be an option. The light breakfast was perfect for us, especially in the warmer weather. but there are plenty of options available. The operator is generous with her time and local advice but you will also have plenty of time to unwind.

The breakfast was good, the environment was clean and fresh, and the fruit was fresh. Going out was McDonald's. It is suitable for bringing children, the location of the hotel is very conspicuous, there is parking lot, very good, staying next time.

This hotel is just a 5 min walk to the Queen Street Mall and also very close to the Treasury ******. I arrived at about 2:00pm (the set check inn time), but a large tour group was also trying to check inn. So I let my luggage and came back latter. My room was located on Level 12, and at the back of the building. As the hotel is opposite a construction site, it was wise to have a room facing the back of this building. The view is nothing exceptional - just a small courtyard with taller buildings surrounding the hotel. The room was very spacious with a comfortable sofa-chair and lamp to view the TV (from a distance). The internet was hit and miss. There are two connections. One free with lower internet speeds and another network for $5 with higher speeds. I was given access to the higher speed network for free when visiting the reception for voucher. Some times the internet connection was exceptional but often it dropped out and you have to reconnect several times. The bathroom was very modern and shower was fulled enclosed with glass door, rather than a shower curtain. However, note there are two issues with the bathroom. The toilet is not accustomed too much paper, and was often blocked. (fortunately there is bathroom brush provided to unblock the toilet). Secondly, there seems to be some problem with the drain under the sink, that was letting water in to the bathroom floor. Hap to mop up the wet floors, using towels, which I put over the drain. Despite these problems, I would still recommend this hotel. It represents good value for money in a prime location.
