The manager is very considerate. Our check- out time is supposed to be at 12noon. Our flight is at 6:00PM. She lets us stay until 3PM, no extra charge🥰 She even helped us book a taxi going to the airport. Their staff is very approachable and they are willing to make extra effort for all your requests and questions. Highly recommended ❤️

Our hotel stay was absolutely amazing!! The front desk helped us with everything that we needed, they were also friendly. It was very easy to communicate with them. There is authentic 18th Street Mahua next to the building downstairs, so you don’t have to go out to buy it. It is also very convenient to go downstairs to watch Tianjin Eye in the evening. You can also walk along the Haihe River to watch cross talk in a teahouse. However, it should be noted that the rooms with a view of the Haihe River are all double rooms. The rooms with standard rooms can only see the Dabei Courtyard. Generally, business rooms can only see the wall and no outside view, which is a bit depressing, so we upgraded the rooms with a few rooms. Very satisfied with the twin room. The hotel's service attitude is very good and the service is generous. Atour has always been the first choice when traveling. The bedding is comfortable. I will stay here again next time.

Shopping mall and subway minutes away by walking. 5 mins or 1 subway stoo to Tianjin West Station, 15.mins taxi to Tianjin Station. Excellent! Will definitely stay here again.

I really appreciate the very strategic location, it's just few hundred metres away from many famous attractions, such as little Italy. Or if you're looking for halal food, there are many muslim restaurants too. It's also very near to station too, the hotel's room is on 37 to 51 fl, really help with the magnificent views. Staffs are friendly, room's clean, nothing to complain about. I strongly recommend this hotel, as myself would definitely go back here.
