It is my 2nd time in this hotel. First stay was back in 2020 and our family chose this hotel this time in 2023 because it's so dang perfect. The rooms are not tiny as how other Japan hotels are. We booked a room for 3pax and each of us had 1 single bed each. The toilet has a tub as well and staff are cleaning the room every single day, replacing all toiletries as well. The location is just near the shibuya crossing, about 500m walk (up hill) but it's just super near the mega donki. The hotel reception also allows guests to leave their luggage in the lobby even after check out which saves you a lot from having to rent coin lockers. I would definitely stay here again next time!

From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were always available to answer any questions, provide recommendations, and assist with any requests I had. Their professionalism and genuine friendliness truly made me feel like a valued guest. The room I stayed in was elegantly decorated and impeccably clean. The comfortable bed, along with the well-appointed amenities, made for a restful and enjoyable stay. The room offered stunning views of the city, allowing me to witness the vibrant Shibuya skyline both day and night. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience at the hotel's restaurants. The breakfast buffet was a delightful spread of both local and international dishes, catering to all tastes. Hotel was easy accessible from Shinjuku station through an underpass. There’s a video from hotel website that shows how to get to hotel using the underpass. There are eateries/restaurants/Lawson/familymart in the hotel. Lobby looks nice and grand. However the room and toilet are kind of old fashioned. Luckily it was still quite clean. The laundry machine for washing and drying were separate. After wash you have to go and manually transferred to dryer :( and you can’t monitor the washing status through tv. 2 other hotels we stayed b4 have this service. The rooms and facilities needed an upgrade. Will not come back again.

Excellent location in Shinjuku, right opposite the Tokyo Metropolitan Building, where you can go up to the observatories for free and get great views. The hotel itself is quite old now but it’s been refurbished. Lots of rooms so it’s quite busy, but there are staff everywhere to help you. Good value if you can book early enough and get a decent rate.

This place is fantastic. It’s extremely clean and looks luxury. The bed was super comfortable, I did not feel claustrophobic at all because the area you get is pretty big with a big bed and a high ceiling so you don’t feel you are in a capsule hotel. They have a very nice work room and also a lounge. The staff were fantastic and helpful. The location is central. when I travel I usually stay at four or five star hotels, but during the cherry Blossom season all the luxury hotels were sold out or they were ridiculously expensive like three or four times the regular price. This is the first time I stayed in a castle hotel, and it just did not felt like being in a hustle because it was so luxury and clean . It’s five minutes walking to the station. I stay three nights in the Shibuya and 4 in Kyoto location and they both were amazing. I will consider staying here again whenever I visit Japan .

Until 3 days ago, the FS on Koh Samui was in a terrible eye. This time, the master's medal (the smallest medal) was the Imperial Palace, and the ceremony was Chinzanso Tokyo. ”I want to go to the Grand Hyatt club because it's okay to be early in the morning １” Darling pinched Da 々 Now the hotel price in Japan is soaring, so I can't get a hand, so I can't get a hand. Beauty of lighting. I don't feel the age of 20 years old this year. It's great to return to your appearance. The artistic pool is a waste. In the last few years, the plane has not flew in Corona. I have stayed at a domestic color 々 hotel. There are various hotels that do not match. But my husband, ”Why do you like Grand Hyatt?” I wondered if it was the number one in Tokyo, the number one in Japan, the number one in the world, ”Well, so I don't think I'm satisfied wherever I stay.” (I like Mr. Aman too) The club lounge was overseas without passports because the customer base returned. Thank you for taking a lot of pictures of all the Bell staff. There is a dignified air in Ray, and everyone at the Grand Club, I swelled my stomach to the fullest in the club lounge (this time it was 20 years １ delicious). When did you lose money? First time staying in a capsule hotel and surprised on how good they are for a Solo traveler. They are great with everything you need shared toilets and showers, lockers downstairs. The capsule is clean and tidy. Cheap stay and walking distance to Tokyo Tower and Roppongi party area also the train station is just around the corner. I'll be staying there again. Thank you :)

One of the dropoff hotel for the orange airport limousine bus. Note that its the last stop. First stop is Shinjuku Station. So of you don't want to wait and don't mind walking just a little, you can actually stop at Shinjuku Station as it takes another almost 20-30mins to route to the hotel even though its so near. I proceeded to one of the checkin counters and the front desk staff asked for my passport. She returned me my passport after checking my booking and confirming it. Then she brought me to another counter who asked for my passport again. He too checked my booking and confirmed it. Then brought me to the auto check in machine and guide me to check in which is quite easy. Right from the start the staffs should have just direct me to the machine instead of manually confirming my booking twice. I just find it abit unnecessary 😅 Crazy selection of self service amenities available right beside the lift. Room was clean but crazily small. My 6feet tall husband looks so out of place in the room and so in the way. 😂 Good thing was the bed is high enough to even put my thick luggage underneath. Excellent idea. 👍 TV has netflix and youtube. 3-4mins walk to the nearest exit from Shinjuku Station.

Second time staying at Sequence Mya****a Park Shibuya. It’s a bit far from the train station so prepare to walk a bit. Check in was a bit tricky this time as the staff checked all my documents, then told me to self check in, then the self check in didn’t work (2 times entering all my details, even with help from staff), eventually had to get staff to check in for me at front desk. A bit annoying, could have just checked us in at the beginning in stead of all the mucking about. Anyway, room was smaller this time, so was ok for 1 night. It’s nearby to Shibuya crossing and plenty of good restaurants and some small bars so that’s good. It’s very overpriced for the type of hotel it is but I guess that’s what you pay for staying in Shibuya.

There is 2 station Shinjuku-sanchome 12mins walk uneven path with down and uphill, hitachi-shinjuku 10mins walk road wasn’t that great either , JR station 15mins walk , no recommend if u have big luggage , hotel room stated 17-18sqm but I doubt so probably 13-14 only. Can’t even open my big luggage and yet we have 2 big and 2 small. Noisy area as is nearby kabuchiko. The only good bout this place is where there are many drug store and is much cheaper than other places
