1.景觀與店家攜程展示不一致，本來是衝著民宿直接可以看山景去的，結果發現跟民宿首頁的圖片根本不一樣，旁邊有學校，景觀擋住了大部分。
2.樓層太高出行不便，總高五層，景觀最好的位置也在第五層，搖搖大床房位於民宿五樓，上下無電梯，每天出門回民宿都要上下五層樓
3.服務差，入住了幾天，根本沒人打掃房間，洗漱用品垃圾桶沒人更換，早餐種類沒有評論所説的這麼豐富
4.價格貴，同價可選景觀更好的酒店，服務更好更便利。
5.衞生情況差，入住時床上還有毛髮未清理

國慶開啟桐廬二日自駕遊，入住奇山樸宿民宿。樸宿民宿在小區的最東面，俗話説，酒香不怕巷子深，一走進院子，花園式小庭院呈現在眼前，綠植，石徑小道，游泳池，悠閑吧區一一安排，住宿環境乾淨整潔，主人樸實真誠友好的對待每一位遠道而來的朋友，讓遊客在外能找到家的感覺，真好。工作之餘，遠離喧鬧，約上好友，住進依山傍水的民宿，享受大自然的一切饋贈。

這是我第三次入住奇山民宿了，環境非常好，點外賣非常方便，一般想吃什麼都能點到，且直接送到房間，離大奇山開車5分鐘不到，老闆娘非常好客，早歺還很豐富，每次都能吃到老闆自己做的米粿，這次又買了一大袋哈。

房間裝修的風格很不錯，衞生間乾濕分離，但是都是玻璃的，雖然有簾子隔着，總歸遮擋不嚴密，而且沒有地方放換洗衣物，後面自己搬個凳子在外面，對於到避嫌年紀的父女或母子，有點尷尬。去桐廬這幾天天還是很熱，借用了民宿的洗衣機，衣服乾的也快，幸虧洗了一波，一個景點一身汗，每天至少要換2套衣服。早飯東西不算多，但可以吃飽，米粿會多蒸一些，第一天是綠豆湯，孩子不是很喜歡，老闆娘第二天就換了粥，還買了油條，紅薯很甜，好吃。因為是工作日去的，民宿大概就我們一家客人，有時會找不到老闆娘，衹能電話找人。離大奇山2km，開車5分鐘，離市裡也不遠，但因為熱，晚飯都是點外賣，3天一共點了8個外賣，7次打電話説不認識道兒，定位不準確。

民宿環境很好，離大奇山很近，開車五分鐘左右的路程。老闆很熱情，親自帶我們去房間，房間又大又乾淨，空調很給力，電視機可以投屏，有機會的話還會來住的。

辦理住宿時候就看見一樓有蟑螂，未放在心上，晚上洗澡就跑出來兩個蟑螂，這個衞生真的堪憂
