Very nice hotel and extremely high value for money. But please, have dental kit, at least on demand even if there is a fee.

The stay was comfortable and pleasant. We were out mostly and will come back to clean and tidy rooms. It is nice to have complimentary drinking water (both still and sparkling) in the room. Breakfast is good but could do with more variety and change up the spread of the warm food. We stayed a total of 6 nights and spread was the same.

I have spent 5 nights there. The receptionists were nice and gave me some good restaurant suggestions. It’s only a 6-minute walk to Stadtpark and 8 minutes to Karlsplatz. It’s really convenient after watching a performance at the Golden Hall, and it’s also close to Belvedere.

The location of the hotel is really amazing. We reached all our destinations by foot. What was also outstanding was the breakfast. Very good quality. Small gestures such as chocolate when checking-out or pralines on Valentine's Day made our stay really special and personal from the staff. What could be better is the ventilation in the bathroom and cleanliness of the room floor. The black tiles make it easy to spot the dirt. However, all in all it was an amazing stay

Somehow I got upgraded to a suite and it was lovely. Lots of amenities, large rooms etc. Location was about 20mins to the CAT station to the airport so was handy to that and the main sights of Vienna. Very happy with my Stay.
