Extraordinary! Our expectations were greatly exceeded, our choice was purely random, instinctive, we did not expect such a loving, almost familiar welcome. We didn't expect the hotel's location to be so strategic, one step away from the sea and within walking distance of the center. The services offered are multiple, comfortable rooms, excellent cuisine and variety of dishes and excellent service. Attractions for all adults and children with swimming pools with slides for the little ones. But our particular compliments go to Carol and Simona for their work, which in just one week pampered and entertained us with their entertainment for both children and adults. Besides this, it has very few positive sides: it is neglected, they never changed the sheets in a week, the clothesline consists of an electric cable attached to the balcony railing!!!! The establishment is not included, as was not specified at the time of booking. The terrible animation. Breakfast can be done by 9.30, but they start removing things already at 9.25. Not enough parking and the one proposed was at the rate of €17/day, when the municipal car parks, blue lines, cost €50/week, something I discovered by talking to the Vieste police. . If I had to choose it again, I would say no. We stayed 3 days (fortunately) as a couple, so a standard double room was requested, without any particular demands... we were given a "fake" double room: with two single beds pushed together and with two differently worn single mattresses. Very dated furnishings (lounges in the hall, armchairs in the corridors) with outdated details (radio in the room, lamps, etc.) Sufficient cleanliness of the room. SORRY NOTE: LINEN (towels and shower towel) ABSOLUTELY DIRTY! completely white linen supplied with undefined stains, which unfortunately do a lot in the overall rating. Proximity to the town, beaches and services, excellent... you can reach everything on foot also because finding parking in the structure is practically impossible. Breakfast and service rated 6. Basically, you choose it if there really is no alternative.

We stayed for the first time in this hotel located a few steps from the sea and the center. Clean and spacious rooms, beach near the hotel, the girls at the reception always kind and smiling, the waiters very polite and especially the maitre'. Luckily for us we only stayed 4 nights. Upon our arrival (yes and no greeting) they gave us the keys but the beds were still unmade. Dirty linen. A very sad note is the limited and terrible food, semi-raw sandwiches and broches, over-cooked pasta. Not recommended.

I was in this facility for the first time with my family, I would say a very welcoming place as the girls at the reception were kind, friendly and polite. At first glance I thought I was at home, I was very at ease with everything, pampered by good food starting from the very extensive breakfast which is excellent not to mention the waiters who are always available and friendly like the rest of the room. Clean and welcoming room, equipped with air conditioning, I would say the best. Another strong point were the two animation girls who were kind, friendly and very funny, not intrusive in the activities we carried out. I will definitely return next year too.
