I booked a hotel nearby for work and business trip. The location is very convenient and there are many restaurants nearby. The room is very clean, the facilities are relatively complete, and it is very quiet. The lady at the front desk upgraded me to a deluxe room, and it felt good to stay there!

Without saying sorry, they gave me another room card with a cold face 😂 I called to send two bottles of water, but it didn't arrive until we checked out after an hour! Very bad!
