All good, but you have to walk 10 min to be in neighborhood with proper shops and restaurants. Good value for money, but don’t expect much from refined design photos

Our stay at Hesu Designer Hotel was absolutely lovely! The hotel is beautiful, with a great location near the center, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly nice and friendly, going out of their way to help us despite the language barrier, as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to the front desk team and to Xiao Wang, who assisted us throughout our stay.
The team made us feel so welcome, always offering us coffee and making sure we were comfortable. At the end of our stay, they even surprised us with a lovely gift (picture).
The hotel also provided fantastic recommendations for attractions and restaurants, which made our trip so much easier and enjoyable.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xi’an!

Amazing hotel, room was very comfortable and the staff was always friendly and welcoming! The location is great because it is closed by the South Gate of the ancient town but still outside of the buzz. Will stay here again for sure!

We came in a group of family of 7. They have family rooms with 3 rooms , 2 toilets and a living room which I think is quite convenient. We can enjoy our time inside the room
